If you know which way they will dodge you can time your next attack accordingly, most people esp lower ranks dodge obviously

If they dodge in you can turn around dlight just move forward a bit after slight
If down you can double slight
If any of the up directions you can jump GC dlight
Dodge Out you can dash dlight
Jump Nair is also pretty safe for a lot of dodges if you're not sure where they go
It's also 1 frame done properly so it's unjumpable

so? just because you dont have a fast sig doesn't mean you're disadvantaged, some people make the most of their sigs, perhaps you could call them gimmicky, since most people dont use sigs like that, gimmick players will always be prevalent in the game and the key is to adapt to their playstyle and how they use their sigs early and learn to counter it ingame, a lot of players will play with a gameplan to abuse a certain sig, but once you can play around their plan, they will be way easier to beat

making the most of their sigs doesnt make them less of a player than someone who uses no sigs, also, sigs dont make a character, cassidy is definitely a spammable character you have to learn to play around but shes by no means overpowered, she might have good sigs but she has some of the worst stats in the game (forced to 4 speed), understanding which part of her kit you struggle with is the first step into beating a player like that next time

definitely playing grounded against lance is a good idea, especially when it needs to kill. lower level players probably dont even know how to do grounded sair properly and even if they do its super reactable, so you can space and dodge accordingly. I like forcing them to approach where possible since lance isnt great at that, basically just take them out of their comfort zone

hey, i have been having a problem recently where sometimes my personal settings get reset when i open the game. It resets all my system settings like nametag settings, music and sounds, camera etc, and also all my characters skins and stances and gamemodes, although not things like my controls or any replay files on things like that. I firstly assumed it was probably an computer error, but ive tried storing the game on both my SSD and HD and neither has fixed the issue. It also doesnt seem to be anything to do with patches or updates, i can't find any consistency or reason to do with when/why it happens or basically anything on it online
