Does anyone know how to fix FPS related issues? My screen drops from 200 to 30 FPS and stays at 30 FPS for a few seconds, then it goes back to 200 and it keeps happening.

I've got Gsync and Vsync on. Gsync makes my screen just better, but the FPS drops happen when its turned on. In short, Gsync makes my screen smoother but then there is also some random drops.

I can watch videos on YT without any frame stuttering.

Something Ive noted is; sometimes games also randomly goes from using almost no power to using all of it it appears.
