Yeah, so, you need to shade the hair, and be mindful of the way thing are in space. Like, there's a big blotch on his neck, but really his hair shouldprobably be covering that up like it is the rest of his face. The ear is many levels of wrong, you should work from a reference to check to make sure that you're not making features from out of the blue. Also his heads REALLY big compared to his neck. Good effort though, keep on drawing. Also take everything I say with a handful of salt because I have no idea what I'm talking about and it's 1:00am.

Understanding 3D space and crap'll help you know what exactly you're drawing and give it the air of someone who actually understood kind of what they were doing. @clear mural Nothing outrageously wrong at a glance, lol. The shading's all consistent, though the clothing could use more contrast between the colors. The outline is clean except for the little '+' shapes at his elbows, they draw a bit more attention to those areas than they should. Lastly, as a general tip - Save pure black for really pitch black areas (like Sans's eye), otherwise stick with a dark grey / any other color for outlines.
