I don’t think it’s messed up at all! It looks great, especially ur anatomy. I think the only thing I would even consider is darkening up some shading, like since the yellow and the purple bg are very light, you could add more darker shading to either one to provide more contrast.

I've been practicing anatomy poses and perspective for the past week. Anyone pls tell me if it can improve

Ur shoulder placement is very off, in the pose where he is facing towards us the shoulders are disconnected for the body it's a bit better in the punching stance

The first one I feel like is good but the 3rd one needs improvement, focus on limb placement

I think the proportions are really good on the first one, though I'd add some simplier exercises like what @acoustic sky posted or maybe some hand exercises too!

This is for overall torso. muscled body types have a bit of a learning curve as of the muscles and how they move can be difficult so it's not really my expertise but torso and placement is

100% use references and tutorials for muscler body types on Pinterest as for me personally it's easier to follow

I think learning the base shapes and human body could really help!! This is an old study I did for my life drawing class. Not perfect, but being able to visualise the body parts can really help! I have also found that you really have to train you eye to see what is actually there vs what you think is there. Many times when I was drawing from life, I would draw what I wanted or thought I saw instead of what was actually there. Taking note on the lighting of the subject as well as where certain points meet to narrow down where placements should go can be really helpful!!

If you wanted to keep the thicker neck, the rest of the body following suit can help :D
Some positives though, for the most part your lines are confident and you fundementals are there, just a little weak. This is good, you can be amazing with some more practice. But make sure to have fun as well!! @spice elm

Like 3/4s veiw? You could always refer to pinterest, it usually as a bunch of tutorials

So this view is good but it can be better. First, you have to plan out your facial features by drawing a line from the top to the chin. In the drawing the nose can be a little more to the left. Second, as the head tilted more to the side, the nose starts to cover the face more of the face and the further eye gets more thinner. Notice how that little curve neat that eye gets more curved As the head tilts. As a final tip, use references, whether it be from Pinterest, google. Me personally I take pictures of my own face in the mirror according to the angle I want and use those as references. These are the best I could give,hope it helped

If you're new to drawing faces I would suggest you learn the Loomis method as that is the easiest way to draw faces for beginners. As for plotting the shapes, draw imaginary lines and basic shapes to break down Your facial features

I would suggest you watch tutorials too. Those can help a lot
