Mod that lets you add more players in Pass & Play

I’m probably the only person who wants this but yeah. Basically I want to be able to add more than just 16 Pass & Play players in a Pass & Play game, it caps at 16 despite allowing you to add any number of bots up to the player limit per map size/type chosen
