If I had one suggestion though, again I use an earlier version of the mod but when I was playing with it I noticed that the tribe color doesn’t really affect any of the units, they could be Imperius Blue or Xin-Xi Red and it wouldn’t make a difference for the units

well, its kinda like sanginir in terms of strength, however, instead of bats, its their whole army that is strong

i fixed icons, outlines, and the knight & cloak
and re-aligned stuff, like some of the houses which were too big
i also added more language to the tribe

I did the polyscript but it's not done yet, I'll finish the vampcastles and bat spawning on kill probably tomorrow

Manifest.json gives the mod version. I think it’s at 1.1 right now, if you are doing sprite patches probably change it to 1.1.1 or something like that. Once we get all the polymod working it can probably be 2.0

are you sure this is the newest? It seems to lack the .dll file and the necessary structures for polyscript I set up in patch.json. Or maybe patch and localization got overwritten?

no, cuz i had to modify all ofthe sprites. on most of them, there was a bunch of empty space around the edges that i fixed, and i also modified the cloak sprite to fix it

and we can just make the body stretch down longer, but have the tint be the middle part. that way, they'll still have the grey robes, and will have their tribe color in the center
also, for the vampire boat, i've come up with 3 possibilities, if no one objects:
an empowered Scout that has the Fanatic's ability to summon bats on kill
an empowered Rammer that has Leech
a bat swarm that has leech and perhaps some other stats that we can figure out later

thats what i was thinking, but we would have to stretch the whole body down then, because then they'll be too short

From there just specify pixelsPerUnit and Pivot

Maybe you could just have the vampire turn into a bat swarm when it tries to go onto water, though it might be easier to do coding wise if they have to use a port. Then it turns back to a vampire when disembarking. Just an idea

for some reason, when my 10 hp bat hit an 8 hp defender, it shouldve killed it cuz 2+1 attack = 3, which wouldve killed it, but it didnt, andit also didnt heal
also, is it possible to make it show leech healing whenever it gets triggered? like, show the recover animation

got the leech ability to work now correctly. previously it was buggy, not always giving health and stuff. It doesn't exactly show the healing value like how you would see it when you heal a unit, but it does that little circle. Idk if I can even make the number appear. Next I'm gonna look into having it modify the damage and not attack

The github page was private and it didn't matter while I was not introducing anything new
Bat spawning on unit killed now works (idk what the ability name was). I added the ability to bats only for testing purposes (also ignore the messages at the top, I just use notifications instead of logs for debugging)
the ability should be named batonkill in the patch.json (I assume the vampire gets this)
the fanatic gets this ability, the vampire gets leech

Ok, leech is still a bit buggy, even with all those fixes. It works like 95% of the time and I literally have no idea why it doesn't sometimes. I assume it's how the game handles attacks, I'll be looking into that and then I'll update the dlls. Y'all can continue with other parts of the mod until then, I'll merge the patch.json when I'm ready

once you get a new vampire, it upgrades, and if you lose one, it goes down by 1 level

Yes everything is renamble, and I added a description ability. Adding it to other improvement won't actually do anything, the description is purely informative.
Also castlelvlupper is no longer used, just forgot to delete them from this and the patch file

Leech does currently +1 damage and not +1 attack. I remember y'all asking to change it once I just forgot

It shows since I modify battleresults which happens before the showing happens.

I realized how I could make the heal amount appear when a unit with leech attacks
Make the main instrument an octave lower and the bass an octave higher. Otherwise sounds good. Maybe add some strings chords.
I made a Halloween themed tribe awhile back feel to use any of them

My vampire became a raft. This isn't correct right? I'm on v 2.0. Also, leech could use a boost. 3 hp I think would be much better. Please add a tooltip saying the Vampire Castle can only be built on a mountain. Vampire castle is awesome, but very expensive. Otherwise, I'm loving this tribe. Especially the bats, which make it very unique to play.

I don't understand how 'sacrifice' works or the 'leech' ability. In the 'summoner' ability, it says that a bat appears after an opposing unit has been killed, except that it's a dagger that appears. Can you help me?
Sacrifice appears when a unit has at least 1 wounded neighboring friendly unit (and you have unlocked free spirit). Upon sacrifice the unit is killed and every freindly neighboring unit is healed.
Leech units, when attacking units with lower hp recover 1 health (if possible, and will be buffed to 3), and deal 1 more attack
Summoner is supposed to summon daggers, yes
Meaning low life? When the opposing unit can be killed?
no when (your unit's hp) > (enemy unit's hp)

I see that 'leech' adds 0.1 attack and not 1 attack. Which changes nothing. Especially since I understand that the Vampire attack has been nerfed from 4 --> 3 so that it can regain 4 attack against a weaker unit.

For me, this puts me next to the attack (+0.1) and when I calculate, the Vampire's damage isn't 4. The same goes for the bat, which doesn't increase its attack from 1.5 to 2.5.

Leech' works on a bat, but not on a Vampire, which does exactly the same damage as a fanatic or swordsman. However, the unit I hit had fewer HP than the Vampire.
