cuz after thinking a bit current nukes make no sense
if you got to the city it means that there is no much units of opponents around it
meaning it just will explode on some tiles maybe causing damage

Basically its that: Nuclear Launcher (or another name idk). It is a unit, BUT it can NOT be built on cities. It can only be built on tiles. This unit can NOT move after it was placed, so it kinda functions like building. You can make only one of such unit per city.
Basically something like a guard tower, but not tanky at all
I assume it would have attack range of three tiles, and would upgrade every like turn
And every upgrade gives it more range
maximum of like 5 or 6 tiles
It seems more logical to me to do that, than the target which targets only cities and deals random damage on the tiles where units can be even not present
And, i assume if cloak hit, there probably is not a lot units on city territory anyway

Instead of a unit like a cloak, the nuclear war tech allow you to build a missile silo building. It can grow every couple turns, like a temple, to increase its range over time. One per city. Attack would still leave poison on the tiles and can harm your own troops

Correct - The nuke launchers grow the right way. They gain range with each level. They do damage your own troops
When solider has nuclear damage, it has this "actionboxunit.1005" text. Also the radiation damange doesn't show in the stat block

also helicopter will be nerfed on water (it will get special ability which makes your attack 1 attack point less when on water, so instead of 3.5 it will have 2.5 atk on water)

You could just increase the price. 10 stars are cheap. Bots spam them 'cause they can afford them.
20 stars will be fine. Just like temples, but useful.
And btw, you can make mausoleums instead of temples
they spam them because there is a bug

that's the issue, the push bug gives your the work around, plus it can aid you in transporting the nukes.
plus the nukes, they are only for "sElFdEfEnCe".
Also, final thing before i stop pinging you, (Hopefully) You are A legend for making this MOD. Now I can send videos of this to my friends and say to them this is "Normal" Poly > : )
