CHAPTER 3: The Awakening Blade

Encircled by Crystallines, the squad was on the brink of colapse. Just as all seemed lost, Kokona’s Ninjato Blade flared with an intense, blinding light. She had never seen this before, the blade wasn’t just glowing; it was guiding her. With each precise strike, she felt the creature recoil in fear.

Realizing the blade’s power, Kokona shouted, “Use your Ninjatos! They’re reacting to them!” As the team folowed suit, their blades pulsed with energy, cutting through the creature with unatural ease. It was as if the weapons were absorbing somthing, growing sharper, stronger with every fallen enemi.

The tides shifted. The oncerelentless Crystallines hesitated, then retreted, their erie screeches fading into the distance. The team finaly caught their breath.

Leona wiped her blade clean. “Whoever forged these wepons… they’re connected to the Crystallines.”
Michele nodded. “If we find the creator, maybe we can end this nightmares.”
Kokona glanced at Yvette, unconcious and growing paler. “We’re heading back to P.U.S Headquarters. My drones can’t heal her. We need more resorces.”

The nights had been long, but survivel was just the begining. Deep beneath the ice, something stired. The true threat had yet to awaken.

Not part of the chapters.... but I read general chat and got dumb idea that ties to everything 😂

The glass doors slid open with a sluggish hiss, and two women shuffled inside, their steps heavy, eyes glazed over like lifeless dolls. Their uniforms were slightly disheveled, their movements eerily mechanical, as if their souls had been vacuum-sucked overnight.
Michele, perched on her desk, nearly knocked over her energy drink. The girl immediately grabbed her keyboard like a makeshift weapon.
“OH NO, CRYSTALLINES GOT INSTRUCTORS!?” she shrieked.

Kokona and Leona, dead-eyed and unamused, dragged themselves to the clock-in machine and slammed their cards to it. Leona finally turned her head, fixing the blonde cat-girl with a stare that could flatten buildings. Kokona sighed, rubbing her temple before both spoke in unison.

“….Michele, It’s Monday.”
