※ Event Guidelines
1. Ensure you are an adult or have your guardian's permission to participate, based on the laws of your country or region.
2. Do not post content that violates Strinova community or Discord rules, or unrelated content (such as irrelevant links or advertisements). Doing so will disqualify you from participating and winning, and may result in a ban from future community events.
3. If you leave the Strinova Discord server before the event results are announced, your participation will be considered invalid.
4. If you win a prize, we will collect and use your personal information and other necessary details for shipping to ensure you receive your prize on time. We will cover any international shipping fees, but you are responsible for any related taxes (if applicable).
5. If you win, please provide your shipping information to @Saya within 15 days after the prize announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your prize. Ensure the information is accurate as it cannot be updated after submission.
6. Physical prizes will be shipped within 20 days after the event ends. Please be patient. If we face inventory shortages, logistics issues, or other unavoidable reasons, we will provide other rewards of equal value. Thank you for your understanding.
7. During prize delivery, if customs clearance is required, you must contact local customs and declare the items. If clearance is not completed and prizes cannot be delivered, no replacements will be provided. If your item is damaged, please reach out to the shipping provider first.
