I mean we mods would discuss about the situation and determine whether the mute on the specific person is reasonable and stuff. If everyone is mad about them being unable to publicly call out cheaters then we will also discuss about this. But the root of the problems is the cheaters in game and the best way to reduce that is to report in game rather than post on discord because it's not as easy as it seems to connect to a game dev to have them ban a cheater. But large amount of in game report does work. Thats why I personally think that snowy made the serve rule change
