Ranked matchmaking will now take other aspects of players' stats into account, and will not just solely be based off ADR. The stats it will consider include but are not limited to: W/L performance, damage, kills, assists, objective participation (planting bomb etc), survivals and synergy score. This system will reflect players' skill levels more fairly, and lessen the amount of players coasting off of the previous matchmaking system unjustly.
The RR gain/loss system will be adjusted. There will be bonuses if you accrue a 3-win streak, and +1 RR per win on top of the RR you gained from the win. Likewise, when you have a loss streak, there will be a system in place to reduce the amount of elo lost to prevent sandbagging.
