hmm imo most important thing is just doing your part on providing winning chances, having good aim and doing good damage is great but what matters more is the winning factors, say u do get traded but you killed one of their bottom frags but you ended up dying as one of the better players on your team, just off that your enemys got a better winning advantage. you should prioritize just going for things that would win u a round easier. for example i had a game where an enemy sniper was stomping my team so I just told me team to avoid him at all costs and never give him a peek and just focus everyone else. by the end if each round i had 3 of my teammates and only that one sniper basically always having numbers advantage
