I have an general idea and not actual rework but it's balance change

  1. Skill changes
    Her skill no longer has slow effect
    Cooldown increased to 35 sec
    Base duration 7 to 5

  2. Passive changes
    Original version: 10% extra dmg + 20% life steal with upgrade it is 70% life steal

New version: extra dmg is removed and base life steal is 20% life steal no longer works on knocked enemy's

  1. Ultimate rework
    Ultimate no longer reveal and it no longer refresh it's duration when mara shoots the marked target
    Now the marked target gets silenced slowed and takes extra dmg
    Duration: 20 sec
    Silence duration: 20 sec
    Extra dmg: 15%
    Movement slow: 70% it decays over time to minimum of 30% over 5 second
    Ultimate cost point: 6 to 7
    Note if target dies the mark still transfers to nearby enemy

Shop upgrade changes

Passive upgrade
Soul reaver passive upgrade 50% life steal reduced to 30%
Over all life steal is at 50% rate instead of default 70%

Phantom grip (skill)
Cooldown -5 to Cooldown -10
Duration +2 replaced by 1+ skill charge
( 1+ skill charge gives mara more options to play around her skill and it's skill usage )

Awakening changes

A1: soul harvest stacks decreased 8 to 6
She no longer loses stacks upon death
Fire rate and weapon useablity stats reduced
She no longer gets free stacks by assisting or knocking down enemy only when she actually kills an enemy stack is given

A3: no longer applies slow effect on new targets on transfer
If +1 skill upgrade is active soul transfer will bounce 2 times on kill only for first skill use and second skill use is default 1 bounce on targets
