Technically, they're travel limited to areas stabilized by towers—beyond that lies the true wilderness, unstable enough to probably shred a superstring to molecules.
BUT... Returning to Earth is possible (therefore any other planet too....), tho it requires an immense energy source (like an entire city), which would collapse the string and destroy the area (and everyone in it) just to open a space corridor back.

Because it is a giant prison. After the Moon shattered and Earth became uninhabitable, humanity discovered Strinova—an artificial satellite world hidden in space. To survive, they began constructing cities within it, raising massive towers to stabilize the surrounding environment and make it livable.

P.U.S. (or rather Prism) was originally formed to oversee this transition, backed by Earth’s governments and sponsors. But once the migration was complete, they severed all connections, destroyed the only corridor back to Earth, and claimed all energy sources. With that, they built a closed utopia—safe, controlled, and entirely theirs.

The Scissors (previously called a Cradle) oppose that. They believe Earth can still be saved, and they want to return—repair the Moon with their technology, restore the planet, and reclaim what was lost. But to open a space corridor again, they’d need an enormous amount of energy—enough to collapse an entire city. Meredith, being former PUS and now one of three Sages in Scissors - are willing to make that sacrifice if it means freedom, though they still try to avoid harming people directly.

So yeah… Strinova might look like paradise, but it’s a bubble that can burst in any moment.

To describe it more on point (from what we've seen so far with Meredith or the case in preton or with the lil boya in current Michele's story) - it's more like a psychological and existential breakdown that happens when a person loses coherence with their identity, memories, or even purpose. Kinda like a fundamental dissonance with reality.
A progressive overload of memory and identity data in a superstring structure.
Since Strinova is a mirror of Earth -when someone sees beyond that mirror or is repeatedly deconstructed and rebuilt (like Superstrings are), their mind begins to fray. This is why Superstrings are more common to collapse

Without a stable reference point( like Earth, family or memories) they begin to collapse internally, and that breakdown spills outward.

In short - a hard drive crash xD

This is why superstrings need Navigator.
He helps to guide Superstrings back from the void when they die and makes sure their mind stays connected with reality and doesn’t fall apart.
This is why when you'll go through th dorm stories, he's the one who spends time with them, find mental issue they have that may be eventually cause of collapse and fixes it in one way or another.

I'll describe only some of the legendariest I have 'cause it's 5:30 in the morning on saturday and I dunno why I crawled out of bed to write this....

Michele – Tiger Hunter
Normally she's emotionally hesitant newbie who's trying to live up to her dad’s legacy, her legendary shows her fully grown into that legacy—confident, feared, unstoppable. She becomes the “White Tiger” her father once was and it's who she wants to become.

Yvette – Pas de Deux
She's usually quiet and anxious, feels like a “weirdo” in the eyes of others. But in her legendary she gets to wear a beautiful dress and be proud, seen, and supported. It’s her dream of finally shining without fear.

Lawine – Autumn Allure
She’s always cold, professional, and armored up. Butthe skin reveals a quiet, feminine side she hides from the world. It’s soft, elegant, and full of memories—like she’s letting herself be vulnerable, just for once uwu

Bai Mo (fuk baimo) – Streaming Sensation
He’s already chaotic, but his legandary cranks it up: a famous streamer, everywhere and nowhere at once. It’s flashy and wild—but deep down, it's about wanting to be seen and loved without all the politics and pressure, blah blah blah fuk baimo for the backshots and messing my kanami pity

Kokona – Mecha Angel
She wants to be a hero people can rely on. The cosplay let her act out that dream—where she always comes back alive, always keeps her promise, and gets to say cool lines without flinching.

Ming – Lei Loong
Usually the no-nonsense fighter. A protector in the storm. The legendary shows who she sees herself as deep down—someone who’s strong not just with fists, but with heart. Someone who watches over the whole city.

With this theory in mind, would Reiichi follow the same as Nobu’s, but rather a knight, a mercenary out to rid corruption. Because I know a damn feeling the two will be connected. I’ve been talking to my friend if Nobu’s a sword, maybe Reiichi’s a shield but wouldn’t really follow that trend

Meredith's legendary is well associated with Mercury.
Mercury in Chinese traditional alchemy and medicine is connected to immortality and the concoction of many medicines, especially if mixed with powdered jade where it would create the elixir of immortality.
It is also associated by Alchemists with being the Arche of metals. Which by purification and transmutation can be made into differing metals, the best being gold, coal being the worst.

But here's the gist. In the modern day, we know mercury as one of the more toxic substances in the world.
Especially it is one that is connected to memory loss, depression, near loss of sight and so on.

And most of these Meredith is already associated with.
Especially after all we know with her backstory.

Oh, Yeah, Mercury is also one of the key components to the creation and usage of the "Philosopher's Stone"
(And also one of the components for the creation of the Homunculi)

Which is literally just a method to reuse and recycle mercury into more useful elements

Knowing Meredith's lore, you'd get what I mean by that

But rather if we turn it into a Legacy

It would turn to Tiger hunter being associated with her taking on the mantle of being the legendary investigator of PUS that her father once was

We can also associate it with the White Tiger of the 4 chinese holy beasts, Which is also associated with the path of righteousness and justice

In korean myth, the white tiger is also associated with the culling of the corrupt, the keen eye of judging the actions of leaders and rulers and wise decisions.

This could be connected with the revelations of scissors to her when lawine said to her that the PUS hides more than they show in the surface.

Which would mean that in that skin, Michele would be one of the pioneers that would oust the corruption of the PUS

Even though he leads Urbino who basically heralds freedom in all of Strinova, He himself is not free, He's still the CEO and Leader of it, Following the whims of the Board members, which goes antithetical to why Urbino exists in the first place, If the leader himself is not free, what would it mean for an organization known for being free?

Streaming is heavily associated with freedom iirc (even tho it's not)
Because streaming is something that requires heavily personal investment, both time and resources and dedication to the craft which is something someone responsible to a very big amount of people can't spare for

She's a recluse, Even called a Ghost within the ranks of PUS
Pas De Deux literally means Step for 2, a duet for 2 dancers (preferably a male and a female)
Its antithetical to Yvette whose both timid and introverted since it's a duet of 2 dancers in a big stage, where the spotlight is all on them until the end of the dance
But it doesn't really mean anything,
For Yvette it actually is more helpful if you analyze her artwork more to better understand the reasoning for the name

There's 2 of her in there. One is a reflection that's burdened by string like chains and one is her

And like a dance, She's willing to finally be one with her traumas and insecurities and finally break out of her shell

An autistic level in depth review of Ming's Legendary Skin "Lei Loong" as Legacy

Lei Long in Chinese means Thunder Dragon
Normal, Dragons themselves are used to reference masculinity in China, conterparted with the Phoenix being the Femininity.
It could reference 3 things. The Yinglong, The Huanglong or the Chaofeng, but I could say only the latter 2 would of these examples fit.
The Huanglong is the lesser known member of Divine Beasts. The 5th, The Yellow Dragon of the Center.
The Dragon that is used to symbolize kings and leaders that have passed and moved on to the heavens.
The ChaoFeng being one of the 9 sons of the Dragon, the corner roof dragon that represents adventurous curiosity and protection of the "house" from external influences

Dragons are inherently prideful creatures, with only sagacity being mixed into them if they're of Eastern origin.

This would mean that her legacy is to become a sagacious leader. A prideful one but still one that would herald and protect the group she now finds herself belonging with.
