Even Verify Intergity says everythin is okay

you can try these steps maybe, this fixes a lot of bugs:
press win+r
Type „appdata“
Search the lockdown protocol folder
Delete the whole folder
Open the game
(A new folder will automatically get created)

according to steam charts there are at least 500 people playing as well, so the list shouldnt be completely empty . very weird

hm. are you using a VPN at all? you could try disabling that

and making sure lockdown/steam is marked safe from windows firewall, maybe that is doing some weird things

thats the only other reason i can think it wouldnt be working, even after a fresh install. at this point, I would recommend refunding the game and DLCs through steam , as disappointing as that is
