It's a bit complicated. The game is more balanced now than before. There are cases for getting weapons at least at the end of the round, but at the beginning of development all weapons spawned and it gave a real hardcore game especially for a dissident. But I hope this news will not affect your desire to buy the game, especially since the release version should have a bunch of lobby settings, so you can return to the old gameplay. Also, the weapons were very unbalanced before and I honestly miss them, a shot from a revolver to the head 100% death of the player, a shotgun always killed from close range and it had a larger kill radius. I hope this can also be returned...
