100%. It pretty much ruined the whole game for me imo. Just joined the discord to say this and see if anybody else feels the same.
From my experience today, it pretty much just changed the entire genre of the game from Social Deduction to FPS Free For All Deathmatch.

for a normal player, this simply slows down the search for weapons for a short time, in essence everything remains the same, instead of “run to all the places where the weapons are”, now “you run to all the seconds where the keys are and slow down until the rebus is 10-15”
