Having to do that every time I join a game is unnecessary, annoying, and invasive. It's a very simple fix. Sometimes I forget to untoggle it and people can hear me without me knowing. Not sure why you're against the idea, but ok. No game should ever automatically toggle your mic on without your consent.

That I have to do every game. I assume you always want the mic on, but I don't. So why am I being forced to press it every single game I go in? And you can't change it to push to talk, they're both active at the same time. There is nothing in settings that changes it.

I am not going to push a mic on and off on my mic everytime for a push to talk feature that exists but works with a toggle

your own mouse wheel is the default to turn it on and off so at your own default hand placement it's within reach without disturbing gameplay.

You repeated yourself already and ignored the issue. I should give consent if I want to be recorded. The game shouldn't automatically assume I want my mic on at all times. I have forgot to disable my mic before and had people hear me.

There is no "set push to talk". You can easily look in the settings notice this, but clearly you didn't look you're just making assumptions and most likely intentionally trolling. We can only set the mapping for toggle and push to talk. Both are active.

I want to use my mic, I want it to push to talk. So muting it wont solve the issue. The issue is that for push to talk, I have to toggle off the mic pressing "t". Why am I required to do this? Makes no sense, it's a simple fix, not sure what your problem is.

Make a habbit out of not forgetting

There is no "set push to talk"
There is indeed a push to talk in the game,. [i'll explain next message]

Talk hold, is push to talk when you have TOGGLE set to off.

Talk activate is turning the mic on for active use.

Talk mute turns it off.

this is your toggle.

turning it off. allows you to use V for push to talk.

therefore THERE IS a push to talk.

T toggles it on and off. for active.

Blocking me only just prevents you from seeing the solution i just gave you and educating you on why what you're asking for is

1. Not needed.

2. Already in the game.

No ones recording you. you're implying the game is constantly recording you, which i doubt the devs have that.
