because when all dissidents are dead or employees are dead the game doesn't end immediately

If all employees die the game ends and the dissidents win.

If all dissidents die the employees still have to complete the tasks to win. If the tasks aren't completed when timer runs out, the dissidents win.

The game is about employees completing tasks..... that's the point. Employees need to finish tasks. It's about surviving to complete them. The task of the killers is to kill only so the game ends.

Tasks of the employees isn't to kill the killers lmao. Kill them or finish tasks faster, sneak etc.

That's not a feature, that's the literal game.
