In tutorial, if you have 0 flasks you cannot move using wsad, you can only use dodge to reach the rejuvenation station to re-fill your flasks

seems to happen when you're forced to stop to do what the tutorial is asking, like when it tells you to use the mount

Yeah, that's not really a normal player experience. Might be that we try to cover that edge case, but you can always just teleport to the hub
