Case in point here’s a screenshot from someone who farmed 31 of them. How will this be fair to the guilds unaware of this exploit when their opposing guild has their members farm and use them in GvG? Or for rankings in GvE tower?

You cannot let exploits like this exist, like the lv96 food and lv100 script exploit from training dummy during phase 1 of last ST bosses. You will continue to lose players trom the speedrunning community and quite frankly that is, at this point, one of the only remaining communities for this game

Even the things YOU consider unimportant, are NOT unimportant just because YOU deem them so. The game has issues. They arise mostly from translation of the game. Whether that's code or language or whatever. Some of those things you call SMALL issues are CLUES for the bigger issues. Therefore EVERY issue needs to be reported so that the devs have a CLEARER more concise picture of what is going on and thus can repair things even faster because they don't have to chase down straggling bits. Also, so they can get the right issue to the right dev team. So please, report your issue and yours alone and STOP replying to other people exercising THEIR right to ALSO report issues as was requested BY the ACTUAL devs to ALL of us, NOT just Queen Candy and her singular pet issue. Consider this, @bitter bobcat . Players who genuinely want this game to grow will try to provide feedback. But imagine wanting to share your thoughts here, only to have “CandyGirl” respond with useless replies most of the time—for what, exactly? not once or twice.. , since previous patches also.

We’re simply trying to give feedback, even if it’s about small issues. You can just backtrack “CandyGirl’s” behavior . Situations like this just give bad reputation to the game.

Some of us have already chosen to block or ignore “CandyGirl” because we’re familiar with it. But what about players who don’t interact often on Discord? They’re more likely to get frustrated and lose the intention to share feedback at all and maybe slowly quit?

No clip but ran multiple runs and the waves don't work. Asked speed-running channel and multiple teams experienced the same issue. Might be able to run another tomorrow to record it. This is only on ST challenge mode. The standard mode works fine

So anyone having problems with the Photo Exploration requirements on Pilgrim Notes event? When I go on Chronicle of Shadows Tab, and press the location to where to take the photo, teleport there, I then press F7 and take a picture, even save it on my PC, but the photo won't register. I'm only missing the photos, and multiple players report the system not registering it.. this way we can't get the final rewards. I'm playing on PC, Steam, Character ID: 2128422658

@bitter bobcat this change was working properly in the preliminary test dummy and everything was fine until we got the actual patch and it has been 4 days and the changes basically don't exist ingame? This patch was literally copy-pasta from the cn version and the devs failed to copy-paste the fixed version? they promised to deliver a diff balance changes for global yet it's 1:1 with the cn balance changes and they even failed to do it properly, the localization still meh, like wtf r these ppl doing lol

Lighting on character faces in the new Hidden mountain is very harsh. Face of both my characters looks like wax figurine, with washed out details when in sun, but also in the shadow. It totally changes the looks of my characters. Which is shame because game has very nice character creator and facial details, but is ruined by new lighting.
This new lighting engine makes terrain and map very gorgeous and realistic, but need rework for face illumination.

Faces looks great in the old maps. 😃 Cannot say same for the new one

When i play Cutie Clash I cannot turn around the cards. This only happend on my IPad (Apple). In PC and PS5 is all fine. I can click on the cards and move them around but no button to turn them 90°. The reason people are leaving isn't just because of bugs. Connection issues are a huge part of it too. How can people enjoy the game when they're constantly playing on 180–200+ ms? High ping affects everything—combat, PvP, dodging, parrying, and boss fights.

You mentioned bosses jumping onto your position. With high ping, sometimes you have to wait over a minute just to load back in, only to realise you're already dead because the server never updated properly. That's not a Wi-Fi issue—it's a server location issue.

Players just want fair conditions. Most regions have servers that give them good latency, but many of us don't. I'm from South Africa, and on mobile I normally play at around 200 ms because we're forced onto distant servers. PC players can sometimes connect to the Middle East server using a VPN or other methods, but mobile players don't have that option.

If the developers want to keep players and attract new ones, they need to address server coverage and connection quality, not just bugs. Good gameplay starts with a stable, low-latency connection.

Have a bug where my x button (light attack) on my controller switched and is now my parry (I can't attack at all it only parries)

Make sure you have the vigor here at a %. I accidentally had mine at 0% for a while and had the same issues with crane not working well. 25-35% is the average people use, so you don't use too much food at once

Hi! Since the 2.0 update, I've been getting a BSOD while playing on laptop.
Platform: Laptop (Windows), Official Launcher

It only happens in Where Winds Meet. Other games run fine.
What happens:

• After playing for a few minutes, the game suddenly freezes.
• Sometimes I see coloured square artifacts before the freeze.
• The game audio keeps playing, but the screen is completely frozen.
• A few seconds later, Windows crashes with VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR and the laptop restarts.
• This happens at least once a day
  I've already updated to the latest NVIDIA driver, reinstalled it, and reset all NVIDIA settings to their default values, but the issue still happens.

I am perturbed by the issue with Silkbind-Jade affixes suddenly being treated solely as a translation error. If it was only a translation error, surely the [Frequent Projectile DMG Boost] and [Light/Heavy and Follow-up Attack Damage Boost] affixes would have been brought back by now, as promised in the 24th of July hotfix notes?

Additionally, we are urgently fixing an issue where the [Frequent Projectile DMG Boost] and [Light/Heavy and Follow-up Attack Damage Boost] affixes were missing from the Attuning Library. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
The main issue was that [Vernal Umbrella Special Skill DMG Boost] converted into [Light/Heavy and Follow-up Attack Damage Boost] upon relaying to tier 96, when it was supposed to become [Frequent Projectile DMG Boost]. The in-game letter sent earlier today implies the error was only visual and there is no intent to add the [Frequent Projectile DMG Boost] and [Light/Heavy and Follow-up Attack Damage Boost] affixes into the game anymore.
I would appreciate some clarity on the issue. The new affixes were announced in the 2.0 patch notes yet still have not been implemented into the game, almost a week after the update's release. This certainly doesn't feel like the issue is being fixed "urgently".

Additionally it is currently impossible to select both HP Buff Food and Attack Buff Food

Since 2.0 there seems to be input delay/lag on my iPhone 17 Pro Max with a Kishi Razer that wasn't there prior to the update. It is noticeable during 1v1 arena as it would actually break my confirm hit combo allowing the other player to punish me for me. Thankfully on my PC with controller that is not the case and runs fine.

Anyone else experiencing this on the go? Guess just homestead upkeep and PvE stuff in that situation but be nice to be able to compete at Mythic on my phone when I am on the road for business.

• Bellstrike builds being the only builds who perform best when buffed with Bath/Spa buff; why not just give Bellstrike paths a higher Endurance amount so that's 1 less step they have to do other paths do not?

Another one I am experiencing since 2.0 is after powering on my PC when I start the game it jumps to the wrong ultrawide monitor and I have to set it back to the primary monitor. Only happens once after powering on and happens again after shutting down. The monitor number assignmnet is the same as my other games know which monitor to use but the WWM client keeps thinking my primary monitor is a different number that conflicts with Windows.

I've been playing for quite a while, and this only started happening recently. If it was caused by the game itself, I would've expected to run into it much earlier, so I'm trying to figure out what changed.
The crash usually happens about once a day, so I've just been dealing with it while trying to figure out what's causing it. It was annoying, but manageable since it never happened during team content.
What really made me decide to report it was yesterday. It happened right in the middle of a Sword Trial. I felt really bad for my teammates because I was the only support in the party, and they suddenly had to continue without me.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread (tbh this disco is kind of confusing) but I'm having issues with the Mountain Autumn Case Files event and I can't tell if it's user error or if something not working. Hoping someone can give me some insight. I was able to do the tutorial quest where you talk to Qin Feng but when I went to do the "Wailing Tree" case, nothing seems to trigger it. Is it like the wandering tales where there's no quest marker? Its fine if it is, but I was confused because the tutorial had one. The "go investigate" button on the case files page doesn't take me anywhere and I can't read the full text for the case. I tried setting the clock to midnight near the Tree but nothing happened. Help, I can't tell if this isn't triggering or if I'm just missing something.

Since the recent update, I've noticed long loading delays when fast-traveling to the Waypoint Boundary Stone in the Mt. Fujiang (Bujian Mountain) area. The loading screen usually gets stuck at around 97% for 30 seconds or more.

Yeah, I presume under normal circumstances, clicking "investigate" would trigger the prompt to immediately appear in the quest log, but for some reason, the log didn't update on it's own, requiring a re-login to refresh it, probably.

Hi there @bitter bobcat , idk where else to put this as it is a known issue, but the Encounter Soaring Eagle is persistently not triggering from where it's supposed to. It states that after finishing the Jinming Pool Campaign as well as the Eagle's Shadow Wandering Tale quest, wait 24 real-time hours, then return to Jade Mirror Pond at You Hour to trigger and start the quest. I have tried that, included numerous amount of "fixes" multiple players suggested to get the Encounter to trigger, to no avail at all. I think this Encounter itself is very bugged and it needs to be fixed. There are certain things locked behind this quest, and this Encounter's completion is a prerequisite to finish the "All Beauty Fades" Wandering Tale. I have also sent a bug report via the game itself. Can this be addressed and fixed soon?

Talking about Relaying Gear… many players feel the # of modulating stones needed to cap out gear is a bit unfair as it comes out to 20 stones when you bring a new piece of gear up.

Meanwhile some players have gotten lucky with new, better pieces of gear naturally gained and rolled at 96; players like me have not and have had to relay many pieces of my good 91 gear.

The compensation is equal to the amount of materials used in that period. Why should everyone get compensated? Not even every Jade player got compensation, only those who attuned gear in the period when the attunements were incorrect.

The conditions of compensation simply can't be applied to everyone.

Have you read my initial message? It was NOT purely a translation issue, the devs treating it as such is wrong. They implemented new attunements incorrectly, forcing some people to reattune after their attunement was wrong upon relaying, only for the devs to then remove new attunements entirely.
And who even relies on attunement icons? They can be completely random.

Once again, Jades did not get 4 attunements stones. They got as many attunements stones as they spent. Some (probably most) did not receive compensation at all.
The only way to compensate this fairly would be to give everyone the maximum amount of attunement and re-attunement stones that could have theoretically been spent in that period or something, which would mean I also deserve additional compensation.
Keep in mind that the new Jade attunements that were promised in 2.0 still have not been implemented. To me this might as well be compensation for devs not delivering promised features to a path 🤷

Last few days I played this event and reached up to 1800 points, now I'm stuck in a stalemate. No matter what pet I use, what path I apply the stickers are RNG and whatever I apply, I just don't get it which is incredibly frustrating. One time I had all stickers in recommended path, 4-5 bring gold ones still i lost back to back. At this point I'm loosing than winning. Guild War League Power Scaling Broken

Guild Wars League Placement is completely broken right now. The power scaling is broken specifically: we are able to kill camps with two sword waves of Nameless; a single Nameless can take down a bulwark in a matter of seconds. The goose can die within a matter of seconds. The entire match can be over in under three minutes.

Last night, two bulwarks were able to be taken down simultaneously in 7 seconds total. The goose was down in under 30 seconds.

Something is very broken right now in league! We shouldn’t be able to kill a bulwark in 7 seconds! I shouldn’t have been able to solo an entire quadrant of camps with 4 total nameless waves on two mobs!

Note: My guild has been a Jesting Sage guild since the start, so this is not a skill issue— we did also win, but an unfair fight is still unfair.

I have reported critical bugs like these too. However the tech team wasting time with fixing a training dummy. I wouldn't be so frustrated if they would just say they are working on it. To follow up on my note regarding guild wars being broken: the fact that Velocity, Mutiny, and Annihilate all have disbanded at this point should be eye opening to you. Your top, most competitive guilds have all disbanded and most of the top players have left the game.

You have not listened to requests for better rewards and better competitive grouping to retain the core players who prioritize group PvP content, which has made it so no one wants to play guild wars. Every season of guild war, there have been game breaking bugs that result in unfair results. This can’t even be considered as a real competition due to it being so broken.

What works for retention in China will not work in global. You cannot apply a one size fits all solution if you want to retain DAU and maintain your ARPU. I am quite sure you have seen significant declines in both of those statistics at this point. At what point will your team begin to care about the game’s long term survival and viability?

Unsure if this is a bug or not: we noticed that even if we invite someone very early to join a thesis, if they happen to sign online later and join after you have already finished the thesis, you end up contributing 0 points to their weekly status.

Is this a bug or intended game behavior?

If the expected behavior is that inviting someone to your thesis means that they will be able to contribute to sect status regardless of how far along their thesis has gotten before being added, then this is a bug that needs to be fixed.

i metioned on my post that platform is PC and using the official launcher, i didnt do anything specific, its just happening when using dx12, dx11 doesnt have this water texture issues, but the pop in textures still are present while using any dx version

I am simply exploring the map using the flying skill and i can see some water textures behaving like this for whatever reason, getting closer to the water and looking at an specific angle fixes the issue, but moving from that specific angle makes it look like that again

The bugs that the WhereBuildersMeet.com team discovered and reported have not been fixed for over two months despite extensive reports from the entire community. (I am WBM staff.)

Bugs I also reported directly such as the broken eye makeup bug have also not been fixed for two months.

The issue is that there isn’t even acknowledgment that the team has this in their backlog and will be working to fix it other than “we have logged your report.”

In the case of the guild building problems, we actually received some very long messages of acknowledgment via email, but then nothing was done for over two months now.

I cannot share any further information regarding the stuff you mentioned, as I personally didn't saw those reports within this channel (or I cannot remember after seeing hundreds of reports every day within this channel for more than 5 months) or neither did I receive further information from the team regarding the mentioned issues.

I can only say that the team is already trying their best to fix a lot of issues/bugs as fast as possible and there were already multiple cases where they did fix multiple (reported) bugs/issues within the same week where several people addressed the certain issue or bug.

I know that it can be confusing or even frustrating to see, if certain issues didn't get fixed after a long time-period (be it several weeks or months), but this is something which is over my scope.

Just keep in mind that getting solo harmonic core is not enough to increase bliss. It is in combination of having it too close to pity (there is a description saying how close). In your report at least it is not visible how close to pity these core happens, so even if there is a bug - it would need more info. But just in general that feature is usually misunderstood like that, so wanted to let you know

Honestly, a big issue is the lack of transparency and lack of communication with the community.

If we were to get an acknowledgment that these issues are in fact in the backlog and will be worked on in due course, that would be immensely helpful because these guild base building bugs are not small, especially the ones that involve the guild base diagrams the game itself provides which presently cannot be used.

Dear devs. I can not physically take this any longer. I am frustrated and tired. I've reported a very VISIBLE bug thats affecting my gameplay and driving me crazy. It has always been bugged since the day i made my character but i only found this 2 months ago, and I reported it within the game. Nothing changed with no response or anything, so I Then reported it over at [email protected] at 28th of June. at July 11th they said there is no such bug. I insisted that there in fact is a bug and i need immediate assistance. They then stalled and stalled by saying things like "they need to confirm it, it's being followed up on" and so on. Finally at July 31st they said that there were no anomalies with my character and that with the recent patch it would be automatically fixed even if there was. I got very upset and at same date July 31st i retook the videos that it is CLEARLY bugged still. 2 days ago they said that my issue was "being followed up on" and yesterday they added an email without me saying anything to the previous one cause what would i... that "we're closing the ticket but don't think we dont care", with no context whether they are working on it, they confirmed it, they still think the bug "doesnt exist" or anything at all.

At this point I feel like i'm being ignored and I need reassurance as well as someone to take care of me.

@bitter bobcat may I make an observation and suggestion. Taipeng mausoleum path trials have been effectively increased to 15 per path. 12 normal and 3 harder paths. It was initially 10 with 5 attempts per week and 30 in total, meaning one could complete three paths. It was then increased to 12 trials with no increase in attempts or total attempts, meaning one could no longer complete 3 paths

Now, with 15 per path, one can only complete two paths per season. I think it would be nice to increase the weekly amount we get to compensate because I really like path trials, the added effects are cool, but it's honestly so annoying waiting a week for a few attempts and only playing specific paths. I want to be able to explore all paths without worrying about my attempts running out.

It's just a suggestion but honestly the caps on everything in the game is really annoying, especially since I can't play PvP cause of my 100+ ping. I try to enjoy PvE but there is a cap on energy, cap on attempts, and everything is just repetitive or unavailable. Energy takes so long to generate, I don't have enough pillow pills and I would really like to enjoy one aspect of the game freely. I hope it can be looked into for future updates.

The changes made in patch 1.8 which increased the available frames/time to block and parry cancel after a varied combo seem to have been reverted for block cancelling. This is especially apparent when performing Mountain Shaker where, inputs which on the previous patch would facilitate a smooth Varied > block > Varied > block > Varied > Parry, now can often end up with Varied > Block > Varied > [failed block] > Varied > Parry

Hello, if we look at the roadmpa, then we can see, that mentioned feature is most likely arriving **after ** the newest region, which was the Hidden Mountain. Otherwise, they would've put it all together alongside the Hidden-Mountain Region.

As this is not the case, it will most likely happen in the near future

@bitter bobcat I appreciate that the Crest Aria reforge issue has been acknowledged and are offering players the option to roll back their reforges. However, I would like to bring out issues the with the proposed compensation and the rollback survey itself

The issue was not simply that players spent Taiyi Stones. The problem was that, for several days, the reforge system displayed bugged colors, auras, and visual effects. Many of us made reforge decisions based on** information that turned out to be incorrect.** This wasn't just affecting gold nodes for fist but also the blue and purple nodes (pictures below for comparison between bugged and current, everyone can see this comparison in game since the preview pictures were taken when the bug was in effect)

Players chose to keep or reroll certain combinations because they believed the displayed result was the intended one. Others rerolled away from combinations they would have kept if the visuals had been accurate. In many cases,** additional Taiyi Stones were spent chasing a result that was impossible to evaluate correctly due to the bug**.
Because of this, restricting the refunded Taiyi Stones to Crest Aria does not fully restore what players lost. It only allows us to continue rerolling the same weapon appearance, even though the decisions that led us there were made while the system itself was** providing incorrect information.**

The bug affected player decision-making, not just resource consumption in an item that btw is not cheap. As a result, locking the compensation to Crest Aria feels unfair, especially for players who would have made entirely different choices if the visuals had worked correctly from the beginning.

The refunded Taiyi Stones should not be restricted to Crest Aria, players should also be allowed to choose the form of compensation they prefer. We made reforge decisions while relying on a bugged system, and the consequences extended beyond simply spending resources. Restricting the refund forces players to continue investing in the same cosmetic despite the fact that their original choices were made under faulty conditions. Fair compensation requires returning the Taiyi Stones without restrictions AT THE VERY LEAST, allowing players to decide how to use the resources they lost due to an issue entirely outside of their control.

Additionally, I noticed that the rollback survey does not include a field to provide the specific reforge ID that should be rolled back. If a player has multiple Crest Aria reforges, or if there is any ambiguity, there is currently no way to identify which reforge is being referenced.

Thank you for acknowledging this issue and listening to community feedback. I hope you will reconsider the compensation restrictions since from a sold product standpoint, it was faulty from the start and there was also no warning for players to stop rolling until the fix that came later (with no announcement), i doubt anyone wants their pearls back, but at least not restricting the taiyi used for only Crest Aria would be more adequate.

Issue: Account difficulty changed out of Legend since 24th July.

Just want to show that the customer support is not acknowledging my issue and gave me different timestamps that I "manually changed" it (I didn't even open the Settings window). In my initial report I already stated that my keys suddenly changed when I entered Sword Trial, so I exited and re-logged in then my badge was gone. They didn't even bother translating the difficulties correctly. I even sent them a video (YouTube id aQJBLV6UpiQ) showing creation of a fresh character with Legend difficulty instantly reverted to Expert after the tutorial when Ruby wakes you up at the start but they did not even acknowledge the video.

Just putting this here incase anyone encountered the same issue, being locked out of Legend difficulty.

Pilgrims Notes - Hidden Mountain bug still remains.

Have tried every day since launch , all at different times. No matter what I do the photo segments for the "Chronicles of Shadows" Segment refuse to upload, I have been to every location requested, tried talking pictures with and without my character, even tried to see if getting the boundary stone teleport point matters, I see the submit button, click it, get the prompt to upload it and nothing happens.

When I try to save the picture to see if that bypasses it I get "this feature is unavailable" j can't publish it anywhere because that fails too...

How exactly are we meant to complete the event and get the 10 point reward if getting hard stuck at 9 points of progression because it refuses to allow an upload?

This is not a case by case basis issue and is also not trivial. Providing Gauntlet restricted Tai Yi stones give players the impression that you are more concerned with maintaining your profits than adequately rectifying the situation. At a minimum you should be refunding normal Tai Yi stones or pearls.

Stuck in NA Server, i living in SA, but my character has created Back when the SA server didn't exist, newly created characters were placed on the SA server, but my main character wasn't; no matter what methods I try, I can't unlock my NA server box, which prevents me from playing in the arena.

You guys downright ruined whatever was left of cutie clash. Executes went from doing very little damage to doing nearly all the damage in a single shot - which is downright ridiculous. You also heavily overcooked AI opponents to the point where they can easily out-dodge you with severely outclassed dodge equipment consistently. And that's when you don't give the AI constantly perfect setups while routinely giving you bad/useless equipment. And even with nearly identical setups the AI opponent manages to repeatedly get their attacks off faster than yours.
I honestly don't know what you were thinking when you released this "balance" patch.

Ps5 Pro freezing in new Lost Chapter quest. I cant get past "Investigate the Farmland: Resolve the Crisis in the farmland". Continuous crashing mid-mission to clear the bandits and mission resets each time. Currently looking at a frozen screen that won't recognize the crash

I even went so far as to clean out the PS5 thinking maybe it's dirty and not working properly, but that hasnt resolved the issue

Locking your fps to a lower number might help 🙏 usually it's suggested to go for your monitor refresh rate, however 60fps is quite a sweet spot anyway for my personal preference

For 8 months, many of us have been forced to play on around 200+ ms ping. Do you genuinely think that is enjoyable? It's not just about doing quests or working on your Homestead. Where Winds Meet has so much more to offer — PvE, PvP, GvG, competitive content, and many other activities. But how are we supposed to properly enjoy those modes when we're constantly playing with high latency?

There is no African server, and there is still no nearby server that provides us with a stable and reasonable connection. We're not asking for an advantage over other regions. We simply want the same opportunity to enjoy the game.

And recently, things have become even worse. Over the past week, we've been experiencing major ping spikes, making the game extremely frustrating and, in some cases, almost unplayable. People are genuinely leaving the game because of these connection issues.

We appreciate the work being done to optimize the mobile version and improve the game, but what about the African player base? Southern Africa, in particular, has been struggling with a poor experience for months.

We're not asking for special treatment. We're asking to be considered.

We want to enjoy PvP. We want to enjoy PvE. We want to compete. We want to participate in the community. We want to play Where Winds Meet the way players in other regions can.

Please don't let African players be forgotten. We've supported the game for months despite the terrible latency. All we're asking for is a proper connection and a fair chance to enjoy the game.

Hello, as of some updates ago, plants in Solo Word were setup to respawn right after each daily reset. However, Flame Oils (collected from braziers) itself isn't a plant, still seems to respawn exactly 24 hours has passed since the last time you gather. Is it intended or was it left out on purpose?
