Bug: Homestead > moving Industries from own Qinghe map to Beyond Mundane

Detailed Description: I initially built my Homestead on my own map in Qinghe near the Blissful Retreat boundary stone. However, I then decided to move some of my industries to Beyond Mundane but it seems that there are some industries that are stuck in Qinghe and cannot be moved.

You can see from the screenshot that I have moved my Blissful Retreat, Brewery, Kiln and Crane Retreat to Beyond Mundane but no logo of them is appearing on my Beyond Retreat map.

There is no also option to "delete" these industries from the Qinghe map (actually Crane Retreat logo completely disappeared).

Logged out and logged back in attempted. Switching to online mode, and back to single player mode attempted. Closed game, and relaunched attempted. All did not resolve the issue.

While using controller during guild war if commander is also halftime performer. he cannot use mystic skills since pressing right trigger opens the command menu which overlap with mystic skill. This has been around since the expansion of hexi and still isnt fixed

Fix hengsword special desync bug please. It's unparryable currently because of a random delayed hit that will occur somewhere in the pattern that doesnt match the rhythm. This wasn't a thing till last patch.

That is not a glitch, you have to go find retainers

And if you want ones like Yingying or Big Zhao, you have to do the young master's routine quests

Depending on your homestead level, you can't get as many retainers right away

The homesteading takes work, it's not just assigned through quests the whole time

I am fairly new to building but apparently there are some misalignments in the recommended positions at least on PC:

The Brewery Distellery Tower snapped into place backwards, I couldnt zoom out to align it properly and manually rotated it for about 10 minutes.
Same with the Brewery Building . The recommended place is about 1 foot too far to the left and the building stands beside his former self.
Cannot align it manually since it wants to put the base of the building onto the top of the grainpiles...
Is there a possibility to nudge pieces rather than bumping around and hoping for a fit on Mouse and Keyboard?

Is it impossible to afford all the items in the Duanwu Festival Event shop? I've maxed out all the quests and the only remaining source is from the weekly quests, that leaves me with only 450 more points before the removal of this event (in 11 days; i.e. 1 more week of points). With my current amount of 690 points, that would leave me with 1140 points but I still have 2100 more points worth of items to purchase with no other way of getting this currency. May I know why you decided to suddenly make the items in the shop not all purchasable as previous events always had just enough currency for everything. I would think that if you decided to do this please at least inform the playerbase so we can plan our purchases.

Anyone from steam facing an issue where you login and crash after a small update today?

Again, I've done that since the beginning of the game, but after ALL prior events, it's extremely deceptive to do things a certain way, and suddenly change it without informing us, especially when it comes to content that can be missed and there's no real reason or logic behind this. I'm quite certain it was a calculation error on their part (for e.g., the gifting of the last 2 kids gave no extra points though it says that each gift will provide you with 280 points).

So I'm just pointing out a very bad practice that is highly unnecessary and easily avoidable.

I reported this issue before, but I've decided to record a clearer video and provide more details.

The matchmaking status becomes permanently stuck at "Matchmaking in progress... 00:20". This is not just a visual bug, as it also prevents me from changing servers. I can still queue for matches, but I only get matched on the Asia server.

This appears to be a server-side issue. I downloaded and tested the Lite client, but the problem still persists. EDIT: This issue is also on Mobile version, but I am able to change servers, the servers setting does not convert to PC version so on PC, I am still stuck with Asia.

I think you cant place homestead buildings in beyond mundane. since buildings create an industry around it and it says when you try putting homestead buildings "creating industry is not supported in this scene"..Its probably a build your own only [palce or you can get some from the gallery those work

(PS5) Weapon and Mystic effects don't display in PVP, Sword Trial, Hero Realm, or any other content, making gameplay very difficult. For example, in PVP, fire breath isn't visible. Even in Hero Realm or Sword Trial, boss yellow or red attacks aren't visible on the ground.

I bought 32 Duckweed from the personal component shop and it still uses Bounty Gourds when I try placing them down.

It shows as I hv 32 of them but in my inventory I have 0.
I used 6400 Golden Grain to buy 32 duck weed and I cant even use them.

It makes no sense for someone playing on 150–300ms to be matched against players on 2–30ms. Those players have a massive advantage in PvP. We can't react, counter, or even land skills properly because latency decides the fight before skill does.

Many other games use ping-based matchmaking to keep matches fair, even when players are from different regions. Why can't the same be done here?

We live in Africa, and plenty of other games have African servers where we get 10–30ms without any issues. That's because the servers are located close to us—not because we suddenly have better internet.

For anyone experiencing this bug and unable to change servers, here's a temporary workaround: have a friend invite you to a team and make sure they're the party leader, then open the menu for either Group Strategy, or 3v3 in your game. While you're still in that menu, have your friend transfer party leadership to you. This should temporarily restore access to the server selection menu, allowing you to switch servers.

Yeah I hear you. What I'm trying to say really is they don't care about PVP, PVE, or multiplayer content at all, even on CN version. I can't speak for CN really, but I'd assume since we have similar rollouts of content/patches that they probably were complaining about the same things at the time. To the Developers,

This is beyond ridiculous. African players have been complaining about this for months, and it's obvious that nobody on your team actually cares. Every update comes with new content, new cosmetics, and new ways to make money, yet the basic issue of playable servers is still ignored.

How are we supposed to compete in PvP when we're forced to play on 200ms+ every single day? On top of that, the ping randomly jumps to 999ms, the game freezes, skills don't register, and by the time the lag is over, you're already dead. This isn't a skill issue—it's your servers failing your players.

You expect us to grind ranked, Mythic, GvG, and PvE like this? I'm literally donating points because your servers can't provide a stable connection. Go ahead and have your own developers play ranked on a constant 200ms with random 999ms spikes. See if any of you can even reach Legend under those conditions. I guarantee you'd be just as frustrated.

It feels like the only voices you care about are streamers because they bring attention and money. What about the thousands of regular players in Africa who have supported this game from day one? Do we not matter? Are we expected to just accept being treated like a second-class region forever?

@ashen niche it looks like it will be impossible to get enough Mugwort Leaves to buy out all of the items in the Duanwu Blessing event shop even if we have completed all of the one-time event quests and have been completing the weekly quest every week since the start of the event. With 10 days left in the event, the weekly quest will only reset one more time which means we will only be able to obtain 450 more Mugwort Leaves before the event is over. This leaves us short around 800 leaves from buying out all items in the event shop.

Is this shortage intentional or a bug? Previous events gave us plenty of currency to be able to buy out all items in the event shop before the event was over as long as you consistently completed the weekly quests and the one-time quests.

It's demoralizing to get a better time just for the game to not reflect it. I also do not want to flood the leaderboard by using alt characters.

An eta on the main bugs affecting homestead, which pretty much is all of them. An eta on when most will be fixed so that homestead is playable. We don’t need individual etas for each bug.

If they are only able to fix some in that time, they post an announcement saying they require further investigation into more difficult to resolve bugs and this will take slightly longer. People will be annoyed regardless, but trust me there will be a lot less unhappy people if we are kept in the loop

Destroying Dushan Jade in Multiplayer using Mighty drop does not give you the resources, but destorying them any other way does, please fix!
ps: this is not fixed by logging out and back in, same behaviour happens when using mighty drop on other ore like materials, like copper ore that drops from brass.
This is not consistent with solo mode, where using mighty drop does indeed give you the ore. Further testing proves that if you do not hit the ore with your body during the drop, you dont gain the resource but if you do hit it with your body, you gain the resource, if you dont hit the ore with your body however the ore depozis still breaks and you dont get the resource.

I play on PC/Steam from Ecuador in LATAM.
Before last update I only experienced lag a few times during GVG with a lot of players and only when the two trees clashed in the lane and everyone was there. But with the recent actualization the lag is present in the guild arena 1v1, in the Perception Forest, and I'm afraid to play GVG this weekend with how laggy is.

I just recently activated the fps and ms to be visible, and in the forest i got like 220ms. It was terrible.

The option with less lag for me is NA EAST, which is crazy because I'm supposed to conect to Brazil.

I hope the devs opens a new server in Chile, because the situation right now is hideous for me that I hadn't have lag until now. I feel sorry for the people that already had lag, can't image how bad it is for them now.

Exploration it's ok, PVE also is ok. I don't have problem with that.
Also, just recently I've been experiencing guild construction not downloading.

For whatever reason, some of my building components in the house industry now say “purchase combination” instead of “duplicate item name”. When I try to pick up those components, I get an error that says “contains areas outside the map edge”. Now these components are just stuck in place. I’ve tried switching industries but to no avail.

Tomb of fortune bugged. Light not working, doors or chests don't open. When time runs out, I can't leave without closing the game through task manager. Same thing with both steam and launcher versions. Works on mobile but I don't want to play with that.

Also heros realm/sword trial not working. Matchmaking won't start. Restarting game does not fix issue.

In the homestead shop, I think a couple quantities are swapped. I cant even recruit 100 retainers, yet I can buy 100 Companion's Call. It takes at least 6 Artisan's Manuals to get retainers from level 2 to level 3, yet I can only buy 35 a week from the shop. I know you get a fair amount from Young Master's Routine quests, but this really doesnt allow for good progression when you have 35 retainers

Hello, the removal of "pre buffing" in (Skyward Bond/United Resolve) to prevent bug abuse has created a likely unintended scenario where classes such as Stonesplit Might, Bamboocut Wind, Bellstrike Splendor, and others, lose out on valuable seconds for dps as they're forced to start buffing after the timer has already started

While parties are able to simply not aggro the boss after entering, and start a secondary timer as these classes buff, this creates a loss of dps from the entire party

A simple fix is to either :

• Allow pre-buffing again, but add a secondary condition wherein damaging the boss starts the timer - this prevents bug abuse while still offering the intended gameplay experience of starting from a fixed location, together

• Simply start the timer whenever the boss is damaged, instead of after the countdown on entering the circle. Still prevents bug abuse, and behaves closed to Sword Trial and Hero's Realm speedruns where the time is only counted after the boss is hit

The current situation makes paths feel worse to play, and reduce a party's clear capability due to missing seconds of DPS

I sent some videos about it. The arrows not in the right direction. The camera angles horrible for placing stuff. No tutorials to tell me how to build and place furniture. Just an update on what was communicated to me via e-mail. Seems like they are aware and will be releasing updates to circumvent the missing leaves.

On ps5 buildings are not rendering properly. On mobile and pc everything shows up. But if you leave a certain area it unloads everything.. After the latest PlayStation update, guild bases no longer remain fully loaded. Only nearby structures render, and previously loaded areas unload when moving around the base. The open world also has renders issues, and mobile and pc users do not experience this issue. I’ve never had this issue before on PlayStation after the update. This was the first time I’ve ever noticed this behavior.

It’s very interesting. I’ve seen people complain about this before however, I haven’t seen the devs even react to it or acknowledge this problem that is affecting us yet. They were so quick to acknowledge the floating eyeball glitch that was happening for mobile and PC players it really does seem like there is favoritism in regards to console versus PC versus mobile. I feel like each players’s voice should matter and the timelines of fixing big problem should be equal across the board..

Do you really expect us to keep playing on 200–300 ms for the rest of this game's lifetime until we eventually quit? Is that the plan? Because that's exactly how it feels.

Players have been reporting these issues for over a month, and I've personally been asking for better servers for Africa for more than seven months. Yet Africa has been completely ignored. We're expected to suffer with 200–300 ms every single day, making PvP, GvG, and other multiplayer content frustrating or almost impossible to enjoy. The only thing we can do reliably is explore, but exploration isn't the entire game.

We're here to experience everything the game has to offer, not just solo content. Once the quests are finished, what's left if the multiplayer is unplayable because of high ping?

It feels like the only issues that get immediate attention are cosmetic bugs or skin-related problems. Meanwhile, major server and network issues that stop people from properly playing the game are left unresolved.

It's not just Africa. Players on the Middle East, Brazil, Australia, and even some of the new servers are reporting unstable connections, high ping, login problems, and PvP matchmaking that can take 10 to 20 minutes. These are core gameplay issues, not minor inconveniences.

Every time we report these problems, we're told our feedback has been forwarded to the development team. But after months of complaints, nothing meaningful has changed. At some point, players stop believing that their feedback matters.

Please stop treating these server problems as a low priority. Reliable servers and stable connections are essential for a multiplayer game. If these issues continue to be ignored, more players will leave—not because they don't like the game, but because they simply can't play it properly.

This update includes optimizations and fixes for issues such as the entry point adjustment for Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat, character models displaying incorrectly on mobile devices, and the Guild Hero's Realm Ravening Banes challenge being unable to start.

We also fixed an issue where the Wanderer's home region server was not selected by default when choosing Arena servers. We are continuing to improve the Arena matchmaking system. Once the optimization is complete, Wanderers who select their home region server will only be matched against opponents on that server. Wanderers who select a different server will be open to challenges from Wanderers on that server. This update is expected to go live within the current week. Áudio issue on mobile when goose companion is equipped. Touching anything on the right side of the screen results in the button-click sound. This doesn’t happen with any of the others, only the goose. When you open a menu (like the Companions or Homestead menu) the problem stops, but resumes immediately upon closing it.

They usually shuffle if a certain quest tells you to use a certain mystic skill, it usually switches that certain mystic skill needed to the main slot #1 and swaps back with what you had as main. If you recently did quests that involve some mystic skills, that's probably it.

The allocated time for the Sleeping Daoist Skyward Bond does seem unreasonable. Also, in that fight if the leader chooses "Refight" and someone is captured by the vines, that person's controls will be locked until they leave the instance.

@ashen niche Please take a look into this issue in Skyward Bond. CN has 7:30 for Sleeping Daoist and 6:00 for Murong Yuan, while we have 6:00 for Sleeping Daoist and 7:00 for Murong Yuan. Our setting totally makes no sense because there are ~2 mins in the Sleeping Doaist fight where the boss is invulnerable, which leaves us only 4 mins to kill the boss. We should follow the CN setting.

Currently only the top speedrunners get to clear Hard floor 5 due to Sleeping Daoist. It'll be a disaster when abyss floor 5 lands. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I thought watering was supposed to last 12 hours. I watered my auto farm fields and then did 9-hours of auto far and got results like this too.

I found my seeds don't always plant in multiples of 16, so after 9 hours of auto farming, i would have 13/16 crops growing as the last grow (all same seed)
