A lot of these ping issues are caused by your internet not the game itself. You need fast internet and you need to be close to the servers. My internet is 1gb I connected to ethernet but even without ethernet I get 12 ping located close to east coast server. The game uses so much of my internet that if I am doing a speed test while playing the game. My speed is way lower. Some of these issues are a Google search away. If after the Google searches on trying to fix the ping not in particular about this game but in any online game. Ask your service provider what is the best speed for playing games like this.

That might be true but there's no server for players in Southern Africa or other places for example and the server in the middle east is in UAE which is too far. The server is also unstable and for some players the ping is good but that only applies in Solo mode. Other players are stuck in EU server who should be in the UAE server. Matchmaking takes up to 19 or 20mins for just a single match.

Personally for me. I used to play the game on wifi with a very slow speed because my internet was messed up. I could tell something was up. So I asked someone they told me it is my internet. I took the steps and managed to fix it. Now not saying you won't lag after because distance also plays a part. If not located to a server you will lag. However it is impossible to have servers in every country and every location. Someone will always have an advantage over the other because of the distance they have to the servers compared to another. The issues with the servers being empty that happens on the NA East servers. If people are not playing they will give me a bot until someone shows up.

My internet is good, it wasn't the best but I still upgraded for a better one and the ping didn't change even a little. Doesn't North America, have at least two server regions: NA East (Virginia) and NA West (Oregon/California). One server cannot perfectly cover Africa because the continent is huge, but a UAE server is definitely not the optimal location if the objective is to accommodate all African countries as evenly as possible.

That's because you're close to the server, like you said. Some of us aren't. A stable connection on your end doesn't mean everyone else has the same experience. Players farther from the server have to deal with higher latency and less efficient routing, which can cause ping spikes even on good mobile networks. The issue isn't always bandwidth distance from the server plays a major role too.

@ocean briar actually it yes this game is AAA quality level back in the past it was really impossible to port to mobile so good hardware is somewhat must to have also you can got better experience too.

FOR REAL 40ms ping but literally lagging and delay like 300ms.
Please found way to fix Ping to Win.
Ping to Win = legal way to cheat exploit system,
People who love single digit ping jsut go fight among themself.

The thing is i have played in CN version and my device was far better then wat im experiencing in global

And they catching up CN stories quick but not the quality of service that we can see in CN

I understand snapdragon 8 gen 1 was not in the recommended list whn this game launched but that doesnt mean it will be this bad infact CN wwm inspired me to join global so much and now all this is very disappointing

I see, due to I not had old hardware version and play only global version so i dont know about it.
Im play on Oppo Find N3 Fold Snapdragon8 Gen2 got fps around 30 - 45.

Yup ur specs are in rcmd list when it launched so its good for u in global version

They even capped the fps settings for almost all mobile devices except the most new mobile devices with high end specs

I can just hope and keep reporting about my issues untill they care one day to fix all this major issues for mobile devices or i might just give up on this game even genshin impact wuthering waves type of games name disappointed me this much

Im on laptop Asus Zypherus ROG M16 2022 RTX3060.
I think for single palyer mode we can had rigid 60 FPS, or multi palyer PVP around 60 fps at low graphic (but look really good).
But this game is demanding indeed, I think if you can effort laptop it would boost joy and experience alot.
I think right now with even latest 2026 laptop should be handle ok.

some issues take time to fix.
lol releasing outfits that are done is easy, fixing new bugs and issues that spring up is not always…
when the patch coding is split because they are cherry picking the updates we get it causes inevitable issues due to impatient global whining. now they are trying to catch us up very fast and it is causing many issues, but also their team is then stretched thin to deal with alll the many issues

tbf this was pc game first. and it is a heavy game. even on my high end pc running ultra it breathes heavy lol but it is a heavy engine. i do agree tho cn was nicer on the pc performance but that maybe because on pc version there is lite launcher vs mobile you only have mobile version (1)

I think for now is just updated buy laptop the rest lets developer team handle.
Laptop probably look worth investment whether we are on study or working.
In everyday life we can using it many thing beyond game.
If they can fix performance probably nice but looking from netwokr problem which morebigger issue people request they proably prioritize somethign else.

THIS IS TRULY Tragic, I like and love this game I support them maybe than Thousand USD already but I really do concern that I should stop or not.
Because of player drop uncertainty that game may shutdown and my large fortune money not sure go to where else.

All solo content was really good and if we not serious in to PvP it ok however due to we don't have anything to do than PvP...
So if PvP was broken what should we do 😭
Perhaps they need system like life simulatio nlike Sword of Justice or The Sims.
ACtually i also want other content than PvP i want simulation like the sims mechanism.

THIS IS THE ONLY GAME THAT GIVES ME FPS DROPS I PLAY ARMORED CORE 5 FOR PS5 ON MY PHONE ON ULTRA WITH 90 FPS WITH NO FRAME DROPS.

It was before hexi.
For me ever since hexi update jade gate pass the issue of heating and fps drops were insane.

I have ultra back then on everything no heating issue or anything

But after hexi meh.
Then it went downhill with each update.

Now sitting in the guild base for GUILD PARTY heats up my phone!!!

Gvg back then doesn't give me fps drops for whatever reason but now it does.

From ultra to lowest settings possible and get 60 fps is impossible on my phone I don't know why!!!

You cant dodge properly cause sample.

I have a wired setup too on my phone.

@Game Support it seems the netase login problem has come up before and the way to fix it is a uninstall and reinstall. The netease login is FAR WORSE than whatever this replacement login dialog is and it seems no one knows what causes the switch to this. If it does happen, the easiest thing to do is to add the netease option to the login options

Thethis is an old shot, there are more options now I tihnk but there are old threads on reddit talking about this

Figured out a workaround thanks to Reddit and not anyone from support here ;p There is a separate WWM executable in binaries with a folder I've forgotten but ending in h vs the r version which still has the original login. The launcher basically switched regions/versions it uses. . The reinstall isn't needed if you just make another shortcut and still use the launcher updates
Hopefully @jagged kindle can figure this out in the long term

If the difference between your oing and your openent ping is note then 40.to 50 ms then his is going to get out of your comboss 100 percent
