Hello Support Team,

I am currently unable to log into my account in Where Winds Meet.

When I try to enter the game, I receive a message saying:
“Account already online. Continue login?”

After clicking “Continue,” the game becomes stuck on an infinite loading screen. The loading meter/bar below the screen never appears, and the game does not continue loading.

Before closing the game previously, my character was at the Inn Night Chat Tavern event. I am not sure if this may be related to the issue.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Verified game files through Steam
Used the in-game repair function
Restarted the game and PC
Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Same problem, I am experiencing an issue with my character being stuck online.

Logging out from options and then relog in
Logging in from a different PC
Using a different internet connection (mobile hotspot)
Waiting and attempting to reconnect multiple times

The issue appears to be related to my character session being stuck on the server. Could you please check my account and reset/disconnect my character session so I can log in again?

Playing vs hengdao desync is unbearable, please do something to fix this. Random teleports, attacks that eat parries because whats shown on the screen isnt actual timing, I have 5ms, I shouldn't have to have my opps ping affecting me to this large degree. It affects the ability especially to parry the heng special, while a low ping player I can parry the entire tick speed, a desync heng dao players special will catch my parry halfway through which causes a large amount of damage for nothing. I have to imagine what they are doing in my head instead of trusing what I see on the screen.

Apart from the fact that I can’t finish Hexi story since the update (cutscenes are black starting from Sunken City lake, so stuck there), I am now experiencing pretty weird behaviour in solo battle content.
Took a campaign where every attack of the weopn was switching me back to another one, healing items had full animation and no effect, the inevitable deafeated screen had no way out of it, no button press were doing anything, so hard shutdown the game. Then later in path challenge there was no second wave (no one spawned), flame state of twinblades was not ending, healing items again - just animation, no effect, and couldn’t exit from there either, again hard reset.
I am suspecting it loses connection to the server, but on ps5 you don’t show us anything about the connection quality at all, no setting, nothing. So it’s just a guess. But this never happened since the release for me.
The other day in outpost I put 5 fire arrows in a row into the explosive barrel, was looking at all of them sticking out of it and not exploding at all, until some arrow at last did the trick. Again, never experienced such inconsistency with them before.

Why does Dust has such a high aggro holder priority in Soloq matches?

It's a class that needs to keep distance and not get hit to maximize damage, ever since I got moved to SA I'm forcefully designated as aggro holder for my raids.

The whole higher mastery system to determine aggro holding is ridiculous. We shouldn't get paired all ranged units with a bunch of hybrids.

When are we going to get a pre-advice when queuing that our builds are not up to par with the current content? Mastery measurement doesn't cut it anymore. I get 3 hybrids per raid and I have to forcefully aggro hold.

Add a preventive message for players that queue has hybrids and fix the aggro holding system when there's no tank please.

Please grant me access to the South American server so I can finally play without experiencing high latency. I have already tried multiple VPN services, playing without a VPN, and using every available platform and version of the game, including Steam, Epic Games, the mobile version, and the standalone launcher. In every case, I am automatically connected to the North American server.

Please stop restricting my access to the South American server. There seems to be no reason why some players are allowed access while others are not. This situation is frustrating and discourages people from continuing to play the game.

Does anyone know if they increased the prices of items in the season shop? Before this week I used to be able to buy all of the chests (inner way notes, mystic skill materials, etc.) and the profession books and upgrades as well, and still have about 1000 ish jade fish remaining. The new update has been positive. The only issue is the translation for command buffs. And lag has gotten worse. Even though less people mob up and the fights are more spread out there is very bad lag worse than 20v20 all together.

why strategic sword is treated like that, other classes get easier to combo better reward while strategic sword rotation get worse and lesss reward

how can you get river buff when everytime you do that, the boss either jump up or jump away, then you have to manage endurance to do swipe all then it not even work if you dont even get the river flow buff. Oh well other class just need to use 1 or 2 skill to do full dps on PVE while every miss move from strategic sword result in 50% dps loss. Then just pve, then in GW it's already useless then what it's really good for

I have an issue where i can't hear weapon noises/combat noises during pvp and sometimes in heros realms. The only noise that comes through is usually the noise that yellow attacks make (the ones you cant deflect). I didn't mind it much during raids but in pvp it makes reacting to alot of attacks very difficult due to sound cues

I think this is a bug:
I've gathered enough Oddities in the Kaifeng Imperial Palace Region to get all the rewards, including Qilin's Blessing. But... I did not get it, I cannot find it anywhere (should be a scenario thing).

1. I have Frostclad T6 ( without frozen innerway before 1.7 update )
2. After Update I got 28 Frozen Innerway Total = 405 Innerways 377 + 28 Frozen

So apparently the reward for completing tge oddities in Kaifeng doesn't seem to unlock.

The new default save is create build, instead of saving to current build. I have many builds and sometimes I don't remember what I last used before I logged off. I could have fallen asleep changing it and I wouldn't remember which one I was modifying. I'd have to stare and compare, or reload and update again. Can we go back to previous save build function? This started when drag icon was added to the builds. Also it can be a bit annoying on mobile since drag screen is used to scroll, sometimes the build gets dragged and rearranged instead, I'd have to put it back again. Can mobile have toggle button to activate drag icons?

The new update to update replaced same gear across all builds is good!

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my character being stuck in session

When I try to log in, I receive "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later." If I choose to continue, I then receive the message "Account already online."

Other players can see my character online, but I am unable to enter the game myself.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restarting the game and my PC
• Logging out using the "Kick Character Offline" button on the left side of the game's login page.
• Logging in from a different PC
• Using a different internet connection (mobile hotspot)
• Waiting and attempting to reconnect multiple times

The issue appears to be related to my character session being stuck on the server Specifically the old "middle east" server before changing routing. Could you please check my account and reset/disconnect my character session so I can play again?

I have attached screenshots of the error messages for reference.
Also contacted support multiple times for the past 6 days no one helped correctly yet.

I am from south Africa I can't get into middle east servers people used gear up to join the server when I tried I got 300 ms and I am normally on 200 Ms on eu server what's happening please can your fix this issue and also I am lagging more then before on the game ik I am very far from the server but I can't blame myself because there are no servers in Africa or southern African region everything is 3 digits ping it's so annoying to play on it I can't enjoy PvP ,pve or the normal world

It wasn't like this before, the only thing I've change was, started playing on DRX12, changed settings to DLSS and used "ULTRA PERFORMANCE". Im not sure if this is going to help others for mobile but when I got moved to the NA east server from west recently I was in shock had 30 to 60 MS but went all the way to 100 plus MS. But what i did and it changed me back to NA West is that

1. I force closed the where winds meet app, I also force stopped it.

2. I turned on Airplane mode for 15 sec and then turned off, to refresh my IP address there are websites you can check to see where your public IP address is at currently (hopefully where you live)

3. I went in the app and repaired client, it closed the app and I opened it and waited for it to load again.

4. Now I think this is the important part but again it worked for me not sure it will for other but instead of going to my main character that had the issue, I went to my Alt Character which had the server I have to be in before, it logged me off of my main. I saw the MS was normal on that character, so I exited that alt character and went back to my main and that put me back in the server (NA West) which i was supposed to be in. Did all through my phone. Again not sure which stepped fix it but i think it was the last one. Just wanted to share incase it could help anyone else out.

Hello. With the new strangers messages go into a different area feature. It doesnt help for trading. I dont get most of the notifications because the people messaging are not my friends. If for trading you can add special notification feature. I need to be able to see that people want to trade with me. In 3v3 arena, while I can be okay with the revive mechanic, I think it's wrong to remove second life. It's so easy to get one-comboed to death, yet if someone else on your team already died and was brought back up, you're the one paying the price and not getting a second chance. Considering that you're more likely to get ganged up on once a teammate is dead, it's almost guaranteed that your "second chance" would be needed.
It also feels really inconsistent about how many revives you get this way. I thought it was only one, but I have seen multiple teams revive two downed players with only one of them surviving and then take out my team. In my opinion, it would either be better without revives and the usual second life as it was before, or keeping the revives, but still having a second life to keep individual fights fair.

Quest Confinent Tower on ps5 is stuck on the part where you have to escape the area after the dialogue between the Emperor and Zhao Pu. Restarting the game doesn't fix it! MC is just standing there.

Edit: Going in the menu and clicking Return to quest point seem to fix it.

Subtitles are incorrect, mouths not moving when it should, the words they speak don't match the Subtitles, some speech is being repeated twice, overall everything is terrible. The updates are being released but someone really need to do quality control. It is bad enough to have bugs but when the story have lots of issues. New players will leave.

The netcode is the issue but they will never fix it

Players its best to be happy with what you have, because they dont care, they might say they do but they are adding bandages to something that needs a full operation

The sooner people are content with the ping that they have the better for these people (devs) they dont want to fix the netcode so just be happy with over 100 ms ping

And im not being sarcastic ive come to terms with how my ping is and the jitter, many players need to come to terms with it aswell, just stating the obvious.

With my device i have played in CN version its so smooth... and i cnt access to CN version as my friend doesnt live here anymore it was his id all i can do is play in global and they not doing anything

On my pc the standard version. The frame rates all over the place from 5 to 200 averaging the 20s

All these patches being added. We need something for the frame rates and graphic quality

Idk if this is the right channel to report but after the update, we started having issues about the builds.

This happened in guild base and in solo mode. We cannot put any item on the surface. This just happened on my account today but my other guild members had this issue for 2-3 days now. We cannot build anything on surface.

i too played the cn version on mobile before the global launch
shi was so good i was mind blown and it got me hooked to wait eagerly for global(although the whole game was 94gb)
now i am thinking of not playing the game regularly and doing only story when i go back home (i have a pc at home but no laptop)

That will happen if you didn’t find all the flags before starting the fight with him. Check the quest associated with it and there you should see all flags mentioned with descriptions and if you already have them as items. The quest progression will always track back there, but it is misleading
