Why is US getting another server and oce stuck with 120+ PING? are we getting trolled by the devs now? Ping is the major issue for a large portion of the global player base right now. Many of us, especially in regions like OCE, are stuck playing at 120+ ping, which significantly impacts gameplay and overall experience.

Adding another US server doesn’t really solve this problem, it just reinforces the gap for players outside that region. This concern has been raised repeatedly, but it feels like it’s not being properly addressed. As a result, more players are getting frustrated and leaving.

At the very least, people who genuinely love the game should be able to enjoy modes like 1v1s without being heavily impacted by latency, but even that’s becoming difficult. Improving latency for global regions should be a priority if you want to retain your player base. Right now, ping is the biggest barrier for many of us.

Wish they add OCE and MENA servers soon though, but there's little reason to be madge at the devs helping out what's likely a larger playerbase than the other two

Ping issue, for some reason all of a sudden im receiving 70+ ping.
Without ethernet i would receive around 9 ping (i cant connect via ethernet), however today I spiked. I did an internet test, i ran other games and everything was fine . Ive tested everything with my wifi to see if its an issue of connection with my wifi, however everything is in peek performance expect for where winds meet. i have never had this issue before, and am unsure of how to solve it.

With the addition of NA West, is there any hope of a server selection feature which changes both
a) The server you matchmake into (currently seems to happen based on the server you have lowest ping in)
b) The server determined on account creation (seemingly tied to UID) - which affects Solo mode, Training Dummy, Co-op, some instance events like Howlion, etc.

Players should be able to choose a server they want to play in. Currently, if you make an account in another region, and say you move, many events like Howlion become inaccessible due to extreme lag

Joint work management part of the Ui for the photo mode in the recent event does not let you navigate anywhere but switch tabs themselves if you open it after initially dismissing. So you can’t pick your friends instead of phantoms, virtual cursor doesn’t work there either.

Thoughts like yours are exactly why we’re still having this discussion. There are many terrible games out there that launch already with servers for multiple regions, including Latin America. Meanwhile, some regions are simply being neglected because the developers don’t see them as profitable enough to justify setting up servers.
In short, it feels like we don’t “deserve” servers because we don’t spend what they expect. But for regions without localized pricing, paying in dollars makes the game extremely expensive. We’re not spending because we don’t want to, but because we genuinely can’t afford it.
The game has already lost more than 70% of its player base. Many left due to the lack of proper servers, and others because new content took too long to be released. I understand that creating regional servers isn’t simple, but look at how long the game has been out. This has been a request since the very beginning.
Our region used to represent a large portion of the global player base, but many players got discouraged and left. The game is good, but it’s missing this crucial piece.
Right now, it’s extremely unfair to play with 180 ping. For players who have been here since launch, PvP is basically the only thing left to do, and in its current state, it’s almost unplayable.

The West Sever won't just Cover just West Coast of America. It's also coverage for Western Canada and Mexico. On the West coast best ping you can get with expensive internet is 70ms most West coast players are getting 80ms-200ms that's including Western America, Western Canadian, and Mexican players. That Virgina sever is not as close as you think to West players. America and Canada are extremely large countries that sever is over 3,000 miles away from me.

And even so, the ping is still better than for those playing in South America and Latin America, where it’s even farther away. Our average ping is around 220 ms even with good internet.

80 ms isn’t very good, I agree, but it’s much better than 220. There are PvP matches where we get paired with players from other regions and our ping jumps to 330 ms.

220 ms is the ping we get even when playing among ourselves in guild arena, co-op, or PvE.

Also keep in mind logistics it was probably way easier to get a sever setup quick in California. Not sure if takes longer for other regions or if they have to go through some legal/logistics process first. Everyone dersve better severs.

Do you have issues with the game? Even with only two servers, we were the third-largest community in the game, and we didn’t have a regional server. Some regions that do have servers didn’t even have a bigger community than ours, even though we were playing with poor connection.

Since the beginning, what we’ve been asking for is a server. Even without subtitles in our language, the main thing we asked for was a server. We got subtitles, sure, but what always mattered most was having a server.

You could have considered it, since we were a strong community with a lot of players. Even today, after the massive drop in player numbers, we’re still one of the largest communities, bigger than some regions that actually have local servers.

Don’t you think this frustration is justified? We don’t want to abandon the game, but it feels like the game is abandoning us.

100+ ping and sometimes jumping to 500. I'm in Vancouver and that should not be happening if I'm connected to the West coast server. If anything, network issues have only gotten worse with each subsequent updates. Coop raids are hit and miss but still playable. PvP or Perception Forest? I don't even want to touch because I literally rubber band every few seconds with constant delays in input and freezes. Combos never connect or land properly and it's just a completely miserable experience. Hell solo PvE is even affected because these intermittent network issues affect skill cooldown, and make you miss execution windows completely.

This is on PC btw.

Instead of relying on your Shetty netcode, just give us the additional option to select the server we want to connect to. The solution is so simple and elegant

I dont have an issue with servers because I live near the current server. However I have another issue with the game. My auto lock doesn't function correctly. Therefore it is a handicap for me. I did recently sent a report on the site and now I wait since the other ways didn't work. I enjoy this game like many do. I want it to grow and improve. I hope they make the decision to add more devs and start putting in more work before everyone leave.

The game becomes more and more unplayable on console. PvP is an absolute disaster! Buttons don't work, or, if pressed a mystical skill won't be executed, instead it goes into cooldown. Same for special skills on weapons and also the weapon switch function. The list goes on!
The menu navigation was crazy before the update, but now it's weird! Stuck in a menu, don't knowing where, unable to leave for a while till the system let me. Don't get me wrong, I love this game and I played it for over 1100 hours, but thhe game in it's current state becomes everything else but fun to play.

Stop listening to content creators, focus on the players of your game!

Latest update made the game entirely unplayable.

West coast server in a bad location to begin with (not sure why it's not Oregan, and opted for LA which has bad networking infra to begin with) People in LA have 17ms to server when it should be sub 8. All PvP is still on east coast, except now I get an extra 30 ms on top of before. Seemingly the game is routing via west coast to east so I get even more latency compared to pre-patch. The bad netcode on top just makes the experience miserable. (30 ms more latency, but dash attack cancel is 224ms slower).

It's insane that ping effects your literal dps of holding down the same button.

I'm just quitting the game at this point.

They say that but if you sniff network you'll see the IP is LA, so either their routing is going through LA up to SanJose, or the physical location is LA.

Also my work has servers in San Jose and the ping diff between the two is currently 10-12 ms. It's beside the point though since PvP is still linking to east but somehow adding more latency than pre-patch

I would probably get better ping than when I tested on ratz gg if it was in LA. I got 20 ms but if it's in LA I should be getting like 12-13 ms.

And if it was in Oregon I would get something like 35-40 ms because Oregon infrastructure is trash.

I'm sorry if I post this on the wrong place. For some reason, I can't proceed with the streetwise sage lost quest, where I need to use celestial seize to get the compass. I search around, only one post that experience the same thing as me and the most probable cause is from fairground wandering tale 12 where I gave the compass to the women npc in that side quest. The problem is, I never had that compass prior playing that side quest due to me not even started streetwise sage lost quest yet, but I managed to give her the compass. I thought the compass was from somewhere I picked up while exploring. Never had I guess the compass actually from this lost quest. Is there any solution? Again, sorry if I post this on wrong place since this is for 1.5 update.

OMG... I am connected to the West Coast server for multiplayer world, BUT the Arena and Raids still ends up in East Coast. So it first routes to West THEN East. Which means that my Ping in Arena and Coop just got bumped by a good 30ms lmao. It's now 130- 150 with spikes up to 500 ms when before it was around 100.

This is the endpoint. If you triangulate with players from physical locations its most likely south east LA. My friend living in San Jose is at 22 ping to US-west. My ping is is 44 to US-west. Normal latency to San Jose for me should be between 22 and 27.

Ip location inaccuracies are normal, half of Cali is not especially for cloud providers.

Most likely it's because of how ~~AZs are set up for us west on alibaba cloud ~~(I checked and replication is all in valley area) or they have additional infra that causes it to use PCCW's access nodes.

You can also see mismatch between WWM compared to pinging the San Jose endpoint of alibaba cloud. This is separate from physical location, why the access point is LA is beyond me.

• The main menu and sub-menus still experience noticeable input delay.

4. NPC Music Interaction (Controller Input)

• Music-based NPC interactions are difficult to execute using controller input.
• Input responsiveness and precision feel inconsistent.

5. Arena & Mythic Competitive Issues

• High latency and frame instability during Arena matches.
• Controller limitations create disadvantages, especially for abilities requiring simultaneous button inputs.
• Some skills requiring multi-button inputs are difficult to execute consistently on controller compared to keyboard input.
• Matchmaking imbalance: Newly promoted Mythic players are frequently matched against high-point Mythic players (e.g., 2000+ rating), resulting in uneven matches.

6. Graphics & Performance Settings

• PS5 currently lacks sufficient performance configuration options.
• Adding graphics presets (Performance / Balanced / Quality) would allow players to optimize for large-scale modes such as GvG and Arena.

7. Mouse & Keyboard Support on PS5

• Mouse and keyboard support currently appears limited to chat functionality.

I just did Sword Trial and a 10-man raid after weekly reset, and when I checked Resource Monitor, I still saw East server addresses. The ping addresses in the screenshot are from when I got matched for Sword Trial and the raid.

So it looks like the West server is still not fixed. I’m going to stop playing until it’s either removed west server or properly fixed. I’ll check Discord from time to time and come back when everything is normal.

It seems like the Palace of Annals Bow Antique is bugged and cannot be completed? I've gotten the first step by interacting with the item on the top floor of the palace, and I have the bow in my inventory. But after defeating Lucky Seventeen, I can't interact with the stone tablet despite it glowing? The game crashing during or (usually) at the end of the 1st boss of 10 man raid has been an ongoing issue in every 10 man raid since 1.2 when the crashing started with the Sorrow of Mortalbound raid, since that raid every raid added in 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 has this issue!

PC. In in the West coast and the game is connected to the West coast server, ONLY for multiplayer world. The moment I queue for arena or any raids, the ping gets even worse than before since now it is routed to East Coast, On Top of going through the West Coast server.

Awful latency. Bugs galore. Projectile assets not appearing due to latency. Custom VSX of weapon appearance not working. Coop and PvP is unplayable because everything has a delay coupled with freezes, dropped inputs, ignored actions (i.e., Divine Counter not activating even when you push it), just overall bad experience in multiplayer due to people needing pretty much near 0 latency on top of GFN to further speed character animation (the worst netcode experienced compared to various other multiplayer online games). Just feels like overall poor server management and ridiculous to experience 3-4 different latency delays depending on whether you are in a guild server, arena, solo, multiplayer, and so on. Just pure inconsistency in connectivity.

I'll be honest I've never been able to enjoy a single lag free multiplayer session since the global launch. I've been tolerating it since it wasn't that bad before. Now it's just getting worse and I'm constantly rubber banding and freezing, even in solo mode. I left my sect the other day and got put in perception forest. I'm not lying when I say that I was not even able to walk for 10 meters before rubber banding and freezing. I was killed and didn't even know what happened.

The ping will kill the game, the lack of servers will kill the game. It shouldn't even be called a global version, but rather an American/Chinese version, since those are the only countries that can play decently. One of the best games released this year is slowly killing itself due to a lack of servers. Literally, the game is being treated as extra income, since the focus has always been on the Chinese version.

There is a critical issue with the Sword Trial Leaderboard system. Currently, Phase 3 of the leaderboard has not opened, despite players progressing through the season under the expectation that all phases would be available.

This is causing significant concern within the player community for several reasons:

Completion Requirement Blocked The title reward requires ranking across all leaderboard phases. With Phase 3 unavailable, it is currently impossible for players to meet the full requirement.
Wasted Effort and Time Investment: Many players have intentionally shifted focus away from other game content to prioritize leaderboard progression, expecting Phase 3 to follow the established structure. As it stands, that effort may not count toward the final objective.
Season Timing: With the season nearing its end, the absence of Phase 3 creates urgency. If it does not open soon, players will lose the opportunity entirely, regardless of their performance in earlier phases.

Given the structure and expectations set by the previous phases, this strongly appears to be a bug or unintended delay rather than a design choice.

Request:
Please investigate this issue as a priority and, if confirmed, open Phase 3 as soon as possible. If there has been a change in design or schedule, clear communication to the player base would also be greatly appreciated.

This situation is having a noticeable negative impact on player morale, particularly among those who have invested considerable time and effort into completing the leaderboard requirements.

Whole "Death of the Governor" campaign quest is a big boring yapping. There's way too much NPC conversations that you cant even skip properly (only 3x speed helps), and you have to watch your (not even your, but ok, its acceptable) character walk slowly as hell from 1 conversation point to another. And you cant even observe scenery while waiting/walking, because quest area is just a big black box with some furniture, so it looks like devs simply forgot to make proper map and did that "map" as last minute solution. And after almost an hour (or even more, depends on how lucky you are with choosing who's lantern to hop into) of yapping you are finally rewarded.. With boss fight that lasts 2 minutes. And thats all. All quest. I wonder about CN players feedback and if anything has been done from it.

Bro this " follow the bird call" section in the Paper Moon quest is so stupid. You're stuck in complete blackness and has to follow the birds. Issue is that there are invisible walls and objects everywhere, so you're often stuck and has to restart the quest. Do these Devs even play their own shet?

Queues are long for Perception Forest - more so after the NA split between NA East and West. Can you add bots to the lineup so that the queues will go by faster? Seeing long lines is discouraging. Is there a way you can let NA west and East meet in multiplayer (i'm not talking about PVP - but the social events). The world looks so empty now (especially the clinic ). I can't tell if people dropped the game or we just lost half the server population because of the new server

I'd like to also mention that there is a scenario bug which can be found in appearance: where if you move or rotate the character, it doesn't save that new position, it just reverts back to the old one.

There are also other bugs probably in scenario as well... and this has been here since global launch

with the scenario bug where you do a pose and turn it and it doesnt save, if your on console however, its not really a bug per say, pc users have more control over scenario poses and turning them and it keeps them saved like that, with consoles, you have to turn the camera to face the way you want your pose to face

That literally is a bug mate. what are you on about? I know a bug when i see one. I made sure of it too that it is a bug. You can check yourself by using a scenario that has trees, sea or anything that have a specific structure.

Like ok if your argument is that a pc user has more control over the scenario stuff because they are in pc... why do they give the controls that literally pc users and mobiles users have? Because when I move my character on mobile per say to the left and rotate the character so I'm looking at the character's side, back or whatever rotation I picked (not with the camera, I mean SPECIFICALLY the character) and save it... it actually saves it.

When i do the same on console it doesn't save it at all, even though it says it does, and it just returns it back to it's original position.
This isn't console limitation, this is a genuine bug that has still remained

That is a workaround for the bug. Still useful to know. But that is absolutely not an intended way to use it.

There are some workarounds how to summon cursor assist where it is not supported to unblock unreachable UI, which also just a bug with players finding a way to sustain till fixes for it are not implemented throughout several updates already

I am not able to proceed with the Lost Chapter called "Sunken City Lake" from the new map Qinchuan on the step where it asks me to "Go around and survey the crowd". None of the NPC's are moving or being able to interact with them.

• I tried restarting the quest but it redirects me to the same step and triggers the same bug and the NPC's should be moving or be interactable but they are not.
• I tried restarting the game.
• I tried changing the version of the game from official launcher to Steam one and it doesn't work still.

I already tried asking my friends and they haven't encountered this issue, the NPC's move for them. Please help me out since I'm stuck in a loop of a certain weird bug and I cannot progress the main story quest without this Lost Chapter since its connected to it.

What details can you really add, there's literally just that, when that quest is started, right off the bat you jump into cutscenes, listen to them yapping while traveling on the camel wagon, then as soon as the cutscene finishes, you get stuck right there, on the wagon, can't move, can't press anything, can't even open menus, only thing you can do is look around with free camera, or close the game. And when you restart the game again, as soon as you press "Resume" on the title menu, the whole cutsenes restarts, until you get to that point and you're stuck all over again.
