No. It’ll stay there permanently. They are planning to do 3rd chapter of homestead on different region(maybe Jiangnan) in the future.

You can convert Qinghe Homestead currency for Hidden Mountain Homestead which is useful when you have reach level 10

To be frank without the white hair and effects, the outfit itself is relatively simple
