How to unlock all the building & furniture blueprints

Feng's Tradehall is a liar, he does not own any blueprint, please help an ignorant fellow builder with some trade secrets.
Note: I collected all the collectibles from the compendium and rented all the houses, but i can't craft most furniture

Afaik none of these will be available till the estate update but I could be wrong about this.

That would mean all the furniture you collect from rented homes cannot be replaced after recycling them and you only have the amount you get from the rented homes

Do the furniture in the rented houses respawn ever?

As far as I know no. If you don't have them anymore you gotta wait till it's released properly

Hello! I dont think you can buy recipes anywhere at the moment but you can gather them through open world exploration! You unlock them by getting the "compendium entries" (the ones you get by getting close to something and interacting with it). Not all compendium entries leaves you with a furniture recipe but some do!

I recommend using an interactive map, I use mapgenie, to find them all:)

They'll look like this on mapgenie and under the section part you want to get those that say "Constuction > Building" as they are the ones that give you recipes:)

You have to level up in the server to be able to do certain things like send photos. You can level up by sending messages in chat (No spamming). You can check your level progress in #💎check-your-level

Or it might just be any categorized as construction, I cant remember:,)

I think the issue is that not all furniture is available through the compendium like the furniture from the rentals as far as I know isn't.
