I can’t even explain how much I would love to have a beard on my character like this, but there was a quest early on where the NPC reminded me that we’re technically ~16 years old and it just ruined the immersion experience for me.
If I didn’t have some minor OCD, I would still rock it—but alas… RIP to my beard lol. Your character is dope, dude. Good work!

I agree that it IS pretty doll-like, makes it difficult to hammer in that rough masculine appearance. We’re in a tough spot on this one 😂
I don’t think it’s THAT big of a deal tbh it just messes with me mentally because I like to play to the story. I tend to even avoid fancy outfits just because it doesn’t fit the thematic appeal of the time period; if I stand out from the general crowd too much then I struggle to get immersed into the world of the game. To each their own, it just throws me off personally.
