Open speedy isnt something thats really obvious like that, in other games where people used this low speed settings was pretty much indistinguishable from normal combat. Itll just look like low ping stuff, parrying out of stuff, easier catches, maybe some weird animations.

the lower your latency is to GFN, the higher your tb hits

so 5-10ms GFN is 103 tb

50+ is 101
