Scenario poses are static there's no way to change the gaze. There are some poses that look almost exactly the same but are slightly different so I would go through your poses just to be sure and try to find one that is looking down. Also check your locked poses, maybe you haven't unlocked the one you need yet?

There are two standing poses that look almost exactly the same in their icon, but one is looking down while the other is looking up.
