There's a simulator out there where you can try to see how much money you'll need to spend to get all gold, but I can't remember the site ehe

There's also a pity system in place for each individual slot

The stones cost increases as how many slots you lock, from 1 to 2 to 5 to 10.

Generally each slot takes around 30-40 hits to get a legendary, but by game mechanics, it can take up to 90 hits.

The common way to get a fully 5-slot legendary weapon skin, is to count how many hits have been done and balance out the hits on each slot, especially on the slot that matters such as color/blade.

If you don't plan to spend a lot, DON'T pursue particular color because each color contains 3 parts: main color, metal color and decoration color(for sword it's the gem color). If you just want a good weapon skin without particular request, $300-$400 for 4 legendary slots, $500-600 for 5 legendary slots. If hard-demanding particular color/blade setup etc., no budget limits.
