that collective popularity determines how many people rank up, if its really low only like 4 people will promote, if its the max everyone will promote

Yeah the color rng can be brutal ask me how I know 😭 If you get the itch to mess with more reforge, I always recommend rolling another one instead tbh, instead of messing up the one you have and putting more money into it, just get a new one with that same money then you have 2 cool reforge

I just think if you're happy with what you've rolled but you want "more," its always gonna be better to get new instead. The rng is gonna screw you 7/10 times and you're gonna end up spending more than you wanted to, and that same money could've gone to a brand new one and expanded your collection.
