It's currently stuck in a slightly awkward smile which might be partially due to the lower lip being further back, so she looks somewhat unneasy. That Is what I meant. The fold at the side is quite intensely sharp as well in a slightly unnatural way, and the bottom lip specifically might benefit from being pulled slightly to the front alongside the chin. I'll just illustrate it so you can see it.
