Because you’ll probably wonder, hair dye for vibrant colors like pink/red/blue, ect are all locked behind Premium hair dye only acquired in game from Gacha (roughly $500 if you’re unlucky). This premium dye can only be acquired this way.

The pity doesn't carry over, on CN there's two per year for these special echo banners

You buy pearls, and then use it to convert it to the special currency (160 per pull cost)

Hard pity on CN is 120 for these banners, and then you hit pity and you can get 1 of 3 scenarios:

• You win the 'Grand prize' (Dragon outfit in this case)
• You get 1,888 of the special shop currency (On CN it's called bamboo)
• You get 1,200 bamboo

So to guarantee the main outfit that costs 4,500 it is around $800 give or take, and to get all outfits from the shop I think it's like $1.2k

Special effects are 600, and the red hair is 2400 so you CAN get something if you really wanted
