Jade Banner dropped around 6 months into CN. There is no point in rushing the 200 required Temu Echo draws to unlock it because you will get some free with events etc, that will help you build towards it, making it so you can save some of your Jade Echos for the actual Jade Banner, which requires additional 24k Jades to pity.

Also, you want to buy Temu Echo draws every month to get pity melodies, to buy Premium pulls. You can buy 2 each month.

Also, you can't exchange gacha skins on the market from the blue one ( im talking about the same premium baner with the orbs ) . Did you know this?
