Yeap same. Exchange 1 harmonic core for base . Then use 1 Taiyi stone which equals to 200 pearls to roll per time. There are 5 slots. First slot roll you will only change colour. Subsequent slot are hilt design, affects etc. Then you need about 20-30 (on average) to open 1 slot. So roughly 120 stone to open all slot. To get the affect/design/colour set you need to spend stone to roll. But if you lock onto the slot of your preferred design or colour the stone you roll will go up from 2 to 5 to 10 per roll for each extra slot you lock.

If I am not mistaken, The special banner may not be able to decompose to harmonic. Because they use different currencies. The only thing is leftover currency for special banner will only be changed to lingering echo at the end of the event. Also to be honest it’s almost the same amount as celestial echo. The first costume cost 700-800 dollar as well.
