Yes they had it on release. They won't release to global because of poor development and loss of money. In CN it works like an auction house, the more skins of the same type the cheaper that skin is and also no price restrictions. Allegedly there was a guy selling the boat for 60 pearls on CN so that put the last nail in the coffin. Also doens't make any sense because someone already spent the money on the boat before selling it so that's just greed. And instead of putting a minimum selling price and make it work like a player store where you can just list skins for a specific price and not make it a volatile market, they preferred to just remove it. They didn't even remove all the system related to the black market just the currency and the system itself.

There was a guy over here that bough the spear skin for 1 harmonic core and he got promped: "Do you wish to keep the skin packaged" so he can sell it on the market? But funny haha there is no black market
