We also have laws in place that if you buy something "x time before, black friday, Christmas etcetc" and try to return it" it ain't gonna work. Cause that a lost on the company, compare to when you buy it on sale, that's a "lost" on the owner of that item. Exemple : Playstation sale you 10 consoles, you pay for that. than you do a marge of profit (even tho on new items, you barely ever do in the case of videogame/console etcetc) than 4 weeks later PS do a "sale" for X amount, they send you A NEW QUANTITIES for that. so the company doesn't lose money. on their actual stock.

Pricing is simply due to the deployment of a global server costs significantly more overhead and manpower than within just China.

What people do on CN is grind a ton of the currency from crafting and such (which each account has their own limit) and then use stuff like gacha weapon skins at a WAY higher specific price to transfer the currency over to their main so their main effectively has way more income on the black market currency than people who aren't alt farming.
