Bracketed value is your effective precision/critical/affinity against mobs of the same level, starting from lvl 81.

You can see the value of each resistance per level bracket in the stat page.

Your min-max range is fine for speedrunning.

You have like 4 or 5 max silkbind lines or some off path min lines, either way, attribute range seems too high.

I can't see your physical penetration nor your agility, but you should have 3 agility lines atleast and ideally physical penetration over 30.
