  If u do use art of resistance, the buff last 18s (20 on form bend)

everything has to be in balance - if ur precision is close to 100% then ur hits will either be crit or affinity, if both were to proc, an affinity hit will always proc over a crit hit, so you optimise for the higher dmg source. your endgame screen will show something like 80% affinity, single digit white dmg, and whatever is remaining is crit
