if you've been tuning lv86 or earlier gears, you'll sometimes get things like Bellstrike penetration, Silkbind penetration, etc.
in lv 91 gears, they've all just been lumped together as Formless Penetration

I think Physical Penetration is preferred for most cases.
Formless penetration for GvG? I'm not sure, don't take my word for it
Physical Resistance can be good, depending on how you want to play PvP content

When drawing and holding bow and aiming at a target, the bow spazzes out, starts dancing around, and arrows fly consistently rightward. Seems to activate more when aiming at a valid target (reticle turns red), as well as when holding down right trigger for longer to draw back the bow with more power. A few rapid fire shots of the bow not aiming at any thing seems to reset it, but walking around and holding right trigger down to draw bow or aiming at something brings the glitch back up. Makes bow unusable. Has not occurred on the Steam version of the game on my Windows 10 PC. Tested right thumbstick, it is working fine. other games run normally. weird behaviour only occurs with bow aiming. swapped the thumb sticks to make sure, bug still persists. remapped thumb stick to steam deck touch pad and disabled thumbstick, still same error. plugged in xbox one controller, same error. suspect it is a bug in the game, not my hardware. maybe related to the aim assist? just my theory from testing.
