Until you reach it spend your energy on outposts for mystic skills

When you reach lvl 91 start doing campaigns and sword trials and hero realm as per you needs to get good gear for your build

if you're not in the cap level unfortunately things like bosses are hard to matchmake, but once you reached the cap level you should be doing some hero realm every week since the reward is limited to only one/2 per week
Campaign essentially just using the energy you got from the game to gain gear, etc and you might want to spend it once it reached cap (don't really have to spend any pillow pill) so it won't be wasted

i know, but after the new bosses were released the 1st week it was not doable with ppl, same whit hero realm, then i skipped some time not playing due some real life issues and now its too late to catch up my dps

they also mentioned it should be easier to tune for recommended stats, i might be ultra unlucky or they change nothing, my tuning chance to get rcmd is like 1%

Solo world campaigns give more reward than sword trials with bots if you don’t like multiplayer

Also outposts for leveling mystic skills
