then you go BACK to Dasan pass to interact with the gate and then go through a cutscene to arrive in Qinchuan

You buy items from Feng and then sell where the vendor is, around the block. You'd want to sell in other people's worlds since some can give you more currency.

So, every week there are certain items that go on "sale" and you have to check with the vendor how much they're going for on other people's worlds for better profit. Every Tuesday you can start selling and on Fridays Feng gets new items that you can buy from his shop. You have to rent the building that he let's you rent so you have "space" to keep all those goods. So, make sure to have enough to rent the 3 locations because if I recall correctly they give you 90 slots or so.
