it says "or" so when u use it, u get either mining or hunting, not both

if u eat scallion pancake again, the buff u get will be replaced with the new one. so if i eat it the first time, i'll get mining. but if i eat it a second time, i'll probably get hunting. what stat u get when u eat a buff that says "[stat] or [stat]" is randomized
