I believe there is no pre-requisite for gold drops of a certain set apart from the colour; the specific set legendary colour can only drop if you have at least one of the other 3 parts of the same set rolled.

As for your 90 pity question, that is the internal pity for each node that will roll a legendary after 90 rolls. Which legendary you get is random.

While you're working your way to unlock all nodes, the nodes that are already unlocked will continue rolling, yes.

Everything in this system is RNG dude

If you don't want the node to cycle, you need to lock it, but that increases the number of taiyi stones per roll

Another thing to note; paths of the same attribute (i.e. bellstrike, silkbind, etc.) you are able to bring in weapons of differing martial arts but same attribute. For example, you can use strategic sword to clear nameless trials, you only lose out on the bonus buffs.

But for these trials, you are able to crush enemies with a high level build.

So at this juncture of the game, you should minimally be able to clear 2 x path trials entirely. Everything else, may require a bit of investment to clear comfortably.

to explain that first quest, strategic sword applies bleed stacks on the enemy, up to 5 stacks
when you use the ~ button, it applies multiple stacks of bleed and when it reaches 5 stacks, it explodes

the quest is just telling you to explode the 5 stacks a total of 3 times in 1 fight
and you have to kill the boss 3 times

easiest way to do it is against the easy mode boss in trials

The quest will trigger as you approach the gate.You can also try leaving Blissful Retreat. Do Side Quests outside of the area for 24 hours before returning to try and trigger the quest.
If after going to the quest area the quest doesn't spawn try walking down the path a good distance away and walking back to the trigger location.

one only heal you + one person (if you have t6 of the inner way) per second not really burst like the other, one gives your teammate damage increase+heal but only once every 30 secs while the other doesn't give any damage buff but able to heal your teammate and yourself everytime

if you want to be a full-time healer it's wise to equip both, but if you just want a heal to sustain you a lil bit while not making you drop your combo or change your weapon to heal you can try soulshade umbrella

but most of the time healing will be a bit useless in first time solo boss fight, some has 80% healing reduction some doesn't

ah, got it. that works well for solo exploration but in boss battles fan healing is nerfed by 80% so you cannot rely on it. I use it when fighting mobs and just exploring tho

since it is just day 1 I advice just playing the game at your own pace, you can catch up with everything eventually. enjoy the story for a while. BUT one important advice: Watch a video on the innerway system and the "innerway tips exchange" system

too complicated to type for me but that is the only thing you will struggle to catch up, better start from day 1

sword+fan is fine since the healing helps out of boss battles and bosses can be managed with just sword. But if you want to have combo weapons then weapons from the same path combo, if your sword is nameless sword then nameless spear is its synergy

nameless sword main attack= energy slashes. they will get stronger as you level innerways. they consume stamina. nameless spear's attack gives you stamina.

what i do is, use fan for overworld exploration. before boss battles i switch to ns spear instead of fan.

innerways are there for fan healing but they aren't needed unless you are going dedicated healer build so dw about it

Just playing the game would unlock them naturally. The tedious part is levelling them up, because that one takes time (because the amount of inner way chests you can get is limited by time).

The only exception is an important inner way that you gain access to quite early in the game called Morale Chant. You unlock it by buying it from a merchant in Blissful Retreat. You absolutely must buy this because this inner way is part of almost every build in the game. Very good generic inner way.

Damn, I think that means they patched it.

I did this continuously for 6 hours during the day I was trying to get it to work to no avail. The only thing that worked was the daily reset and it triggered the next day instantly for me.
