Hello, be reminded that a lot of encounter are RNG/chance based, but for Winter Gambit these are the step by step to do:

1. Set time in game to Zi Hour (Midnight)
2. Remember to be away from prosperity haven area before you want to trigger it, if you by any chance around the area and you didn't have your game set at zi hour it might fail the trigger and enter 30 minutes cooldown
3. Teleport to Goldwater Street and if RNG blesses you, you will get it right away.
4. If it doesn't trigger go away and come back again in 30 minutes with the same step
5. Take note that you can't have more than 2 to be accepted encounter, if you do, accept those first then proceed

I'm relatively new to the game, been playing for about 2 weeks.

Currently, I'm lvl 90 and have a goose score of 2.405. I'm making a healing build, and have both martial arts leveled up to 90.

The inner ways I use are Royal Remedy, Restoring Blossom, Mending Loom and Morale Chant (all tier 3-4).

I don't have the best gear, but I do at least have properly leveled legendaries all of one set.

My mystic skills aren't all upgraded, but mostly sit from the 3-5 range. I primarily use Flute/Honking Havoc for single player and Golden Body for multiplayer.

I've hit a point of stagnation recently, it feels like I can't make any more significant progress besides the once per week season shop stuff. Any recommendations?

By now you probably used some of those

When retuning if you know the affix pool you can narrow down the odds to get the stat you want

And succesfully improve your gear

But that depends of the tunes you already got on the gear

There are safer to retune and less safer to retune items

For the most part I won't tune unless I can at least guarantee gold, I've been saving rainbow for some exceptional piece of kit

Most of the time I get extra stonesplit attack or momentum, which don't help a silkbind build whatsoever (I don't think at least)
