Main quest can only be done solo
in Qinghe (First region) a lot of Campaign and Jianghu legacy (check Journal) can be done together.
After that in second and third region unfortunately anything else other than boss fight isn't coopable, if you wish to play together and share progress the only thing that's possible are chests oddities and some exploration stuffs
