One thing to note is that most player NPC models got the same scar and face model, which the devs took from the protagonist' default look. We're still free to make our own, but lore-wise, that's what we look like.

We can also see the same face model with his hair down in one of the trailers when it transitioned to Uncle Jiang pointing his sword at the main villain of the game.

Otherwise the MC would be on hunt for ages

Another reason why Aunt Han tried to make it clear that the MC should stop trying to find Uncle Jiang

cuz this will only make stuff worse for both of them

And after that attack or a little bit earlier, Aunt Han realized that the ppl are also probably trying to find Aunt Han

Hello, i accidently recycled relics for An Unholy Prophecy, the 2 weapons you need to finish the quest...
Is there a way to make them respawn or something?
I tried to restore it but he restored 1 relic that is blue and now the menu is gone for it, like he wont take 500gold no more...

You need 2 weapons to put on the - Short weapon returned and Long Weapon returned...its a spear and a sword but i recycled both and now i cant get them back 🙁

No. Inner demon is just a trope that often appears in wuxia and xianxia. Basically you can call it as manifestation of trauma. And martial artists need to solve inner demons to be able to breakthrough.

Also I believe Heartseeker is taking the form Qianye and not Aunt Han since she uses scythe and Aunt Han uses flying daggers as weapons. What's strange about it is that it makes more sense for the inner demon to show up after the events of the end of ch1. It really doesn't make sense for either Qianye or Aunt Han to manifest as inner demon... unless there's some time travel nonsense going on...

However, the trigger was Zheng E sharing some of the grain the Zheng family had saved to help Shen Yi, which drew the attention of bandits who wanted the food. They then attacked the village, killing many. The Zheng family fled to Sorrowful Village, while the bandits took over what is now called Grace Town. I also heard from the NPCs there that a man named Xie wants to make amends or something, so there could be more reasons behind the attack.

Haha! I submitted the false token for the entry to midnight blades without staining it first and I got a letter from midnight bladez saying they were going to send the top assassins to hunt me down. Then Nine Mortal Ways advertised their protection against the hunt by joining their sect instead. 🤣

They almost had me there, save for the typo.

The talk about Asura’s path vs Buddha was interesting. It drew me in and I felt sold. That sect intimidates me but it very well could have been I was seeing a part of myself I needed to integrate. But because I haven’t covered exploration or am well prepared to start arenas and pvps against stronger players, I backed out shortly after joining.

This lead to the exit ritual of going into the arena. I’m going to say…

Weiyang City has 4 lords / noble houses, and we know || Ying Ying duped everyone thinking she is the current Ember of East 东阙公子。She is Wen Wuque, from House Wen, which is 1 of the 4 noble houses in Weiyang City. She was the previous master for House of Wen, and lost in a power struggle then drifted into Kaifeng. Current lord of House Wen is Wen Wuhen, her cousin.||

Weiyang City also has 2 Gods of Wealth / Fortune - || the white which has always been known as Ember of East and the black which is "Lord Shi" (we dont know his real name, as this Lord Shi impersonator has arrived Kaifeng since 2 years ago, and the original Shi was killed) ||

I think the 4 lords of Weiyang City have nicknames based on the 4 cardinal directions - East, South, West and North. || And I seemed to remember South lord （南烛公子） was mentioned in the Revelry Hall where you gabbed with a scholar who got duped by 9 Mortal Ways..he made deal with Ember of the East||

Anyone got any advice for the ideal story progression in Jadewood Court? Like, you need to do Twelve Years of Grudge in if you want to understand Ever-Normal Granary, is there a similar prerequisite for Jadewood Court?

Martial Temple doesn't really connect with jadewood court but it does talk about the military. North imperial garden is the jadewood court mission no?

The Immortal Dancer you’re referring to is Liu Qingyi I believe, Gleaming Abyss and Wraith Village storyline I assume?
Zheng Es flashback didn’t involve Li Zuo I believe, the two aren’t strongly related

I have an explanation of the Gleaming Abyss and Wraith Village quest line, which is pretty important in understanding the situation of the Jianghu within a collective picture, since the main complication right now is the spread of Dream Puppets and their zombie like disease

Ohhh yeah I know what you mean now, I haven’t really delved much into Ember of The East, Zheng E, and Muruong Yangs storyline’s though, what I know is pretty surface level

After Qinghe storyline I started doing sidequests in Kaifeng zone 1st before going to the heroes' assembly and was utterly confused about what was going on and who were those dudes and why should I care ^^;

Then after Zheng E I did the main story instead and things started to make more sense.

No? I'm not saying Li Zuo doesn't care about Liu Qingyi but it's made clear in Gleaming Abyss that his devotion to Tang is much stronger than his love. He also wrongfully assumed that Liu Qingyi cared more about the revival of Tang than her love to him. So really. If Li Zuo feels it's necessary for the return of Tang he won't mind siring a child with another woman. He's not that much of a romantic.

As strong as Uncle Jiang is, I don't think he'd be able to steal Li Zuos child (unless it was an unwanted one, which wouldn't make much sense anyway)

It's just one of the possibilities but nobody can deny that the MC has a connection with Li Zuo. Just look at how much the devs reuse the scene where MC changes to Li Zuo in the trailers or how the Void King mistook MC for Li Zuo. There's a connection there! Being father and son is just one possibility.
