You will find that if you have legendary weapons fully tuned and full set on both weapon and armor, and all oddities collected and all talents unlocked, you will be around 16-16.5K at most. Reaching into 17K and above takes WAY more than casual knowledge of the game

I might not have the context of the conversation, but you can’t necessarily target specific areas. there are exercises and workouts better suited for certain areas, but you can’t limit yourself to just belly workouts if you want to slim your belly. even running can slim your stomach. but a big portion is also lifestyle, gender, and genetics
