My strat on legendary was:

initial phase dont get hit 😛 > parry the easy attacks, use the 1 button on the jump attack

Phase two: red phase parry everything, once shes in broken bar mode do as much dps before your F ability runs out(use it last second)

White phase, dodge and parry as much as you can, better to not get hit than to try and parry and fail. Try to survive for red phase. Healing fan is recommended for this.

Also dont forget to use your fire oil to make your weapons do more damage
